Don’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months

This hotel's Cologne Cathedral view is absolutely breathtaking, but what was equally impressive were the location, service, and cleanliness. When I first arrived from the train station, I foolishly didn't look up the route properly and ended up dragging my heavy luggage up and down stairs, when I could have avoided them by taking a different path. Despite the difficult journey to the hotel, the staff greeted us so warmly and genuinely wished my sister a happy birthday that all my weariness turned into joy. And when we got to the room, we were greeted with such an amazing view and a beautiful room! Thanks to this, we had a wonderful time in Cologne for two days, listening to the bells of Cologne Cathedral. When checking out and heading back to the train station, I followed the staff's directions and found a flat, easy route back. Oh, the only minor inconveniences were the opaque glass in the bathroom and having to shower in the bathtub.

We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, approx 10 minutes walk to the old town / river etc. There are also lots of options nearby for morning coffee, pastries, drinks etc. The room was excellent. The hotel is spotless, room was very comfortable, good air con, and a lovely touch with nespresso coffee machine in each room along with a small minibar that is included as part of your stay and re-stocked. A really nice touch - thank you. All in all cannot fault and would highly recommend.

The cathedral is 20 meters away from the hotel, and the pork elbows in the restaurant downstairs are also delicious. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic.

Built in 1999, the hotel has an older design but is well-functioning. We booked a room with a church view, which was spacious. However, the bathroom only offered a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which doesn't quite meet the standards of similarly priced hotels in the city. A rather interesting feature is the grand lobby; at first glance, I thought it was a shopping mall! The piano bar on the first floor had a great atmosphere in the evening, until we realized the music seemed to be from a speaker and not actually played by a person, haha (or maybe the pianist had just finished their shift when we passed by).

The location, the receptionist's service, and the room furniture were all wonderful, but the cleanliness was disappointing. If they outsource cleaning, I think they should change it for the sake of the hotel's reputation. Everything else was great, so it was disappointing and a shame that the room was barely cleaned. Specifically, - There were socks on the closet shelf, likely left behind by a previous guest. - There was hair and dust on the floor, with no signs of vacuuming. - Dust accumulated on the windowsill. - Food crumbs scattered on the desk. - Used coffee cartridges in the coffee machine. - A blanket that was clearly used was stuffed in the closet. I went to the front desk to return the socks that were in my room and explained that my room wasn't cleaned properly. I was told I could either be moved to another room or wait for cleaning service the next morning. As we arrived after 8pm, we thought it was unavoidable that we wouldn't be able to receive cleaning service on the same day, so we moved to another room, but it was also not properly cleaned and was a size smaller, so we ended up staying in the original room we were shown and waiting for cleaning service the next morning. As we were planning to stay for two nights, we left the room to go sightseeing hoping that it would be cleaned the next day, but all that was replaced was the towels for the bath mat. To be honest, we were disappointed, considering we paid a by no means cheap price for the stay.

Hotel room facilities are OK, breakfast is not bad. The front desk clerk was a bit bad, asked him to help call a taxi, but the phone called a super shabby Mercedes-Benz commercial car, the driver still had to let me sit in the front row with him (the commercial car must be comfortable in the middle seat), the driver also did not speak English, detour everywhere, I opened the navigation and he did not look

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The room facilities are great, and the room itself is very clean and tidy. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the hot water comes quickly. Everything is well-equipped. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The service is very good and attentive, with a great attitude. I look forward to staying here again. The service attitude is excellent, and the hotel style is nice with comprehensive facilities. The lobby is spacious, and the front desk service is great and thoughtful, making check-in quick. The room is clean and tidy, the internet is strong, and the bed is large. The bathroom is clean, and the shower is comfortable. The housekeeping staff are friendly and proactive in greeting guests. Parking is convenient with a large parking lot, and laundry facilities with dryers are handy. Fantastic!

Very wonderful hotel with individual character. Our room was wonderful and tastefully furnished. All rooms have a theme of our theme “Home” The service was nice and friendly The location is central in Cologne and yet quiet. What you want more. Ideal suitable for City Tours. Unfortunately, the reception is located in 1.Stock for construction reasons. Breakfast is not available in the hotel. You need to fit yourself accordingly. Come back

Facilities: The room facilities are relatively new and include an electric kettle. Hygiene: The hygiene is good. Environment: The overall environment is excellent. It's less than an 8-minute walk from the station. From my high-floor room, I could see the top of the church. It's also a very short walk to the church, about 5-10 minutes. Service: The overall service is good, and the staff are very patient. There are a few steps from the lobby to the elevators, but there's a small lift available to help with luggage, which is a very thoughtful touch.
