Good but i couldnt sleep because of the street and music noises

Everything was nearly perfect but they charge 6.5Euro to store your baggage after you check out which is never happened at any hostel I have ever stayed

I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied. If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone. While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!

THE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay. I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more. I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels. Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

It’s a nice hostel! The location is perfect: close to the lake, 24h grocery store and the railway station. They provided free storage luggage, information and even free food (but you should cook). Also they organized some events. Bed was comfortable, but triple. I recommend you to ask for 1 or second bed

The place is pretty easy to find, our room was really big and comfortable and with all the amenities needed, I’ll definitely come back to Ostello Bello

This is one of the best hostels I've been to! The staff were super friendly, helping to give information for places to go, things to do/see, as well as organising lots of activities every evening to meet others. The hostel is very clean, has comfy beds, lockers, luggage storage, books/games, and the kitchen is so well stocked! They give you a token for a welcome drink, and there is free coffee and juice in the morning as well, which is such a nice addition. I would love to return soon, and wish I could've stayed longer!

Everything was great. Service was exceptional.

Check in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals. Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

The stuff is the nicest i have ever met. Welcome drink provided and the lobby is always busy. Good for solo travelers. Female room is very clean.
