"The hotel is a good hotel with good accommodation and a good breakfast with good offer and variety.
The indoor pool is a very good experience, unfortunately the jacuzzi is damaged.
It has a gym with half a dozen machines and works.
The staff were always attentive and sympathetic."

"Hotel restaurant is very good. The breakfast had a decent variety specially taking into account the price per night.
The rooms are new but they are poorly insulated when it comes to noise, you can hear everything going on outside. If someone closes the door, you hear it like its your room."

"Because it is a small town, there is no problem anywhere, but it is within walking distance from the center, and there are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The guided room was a room on the 3rd floor, and it happened to be a building without an elevator, so I had a hard time carrying my luggage, but the lady at the reception helped me. I think the rooms are fairly large and clean. Breakfast is quite substantial at 5 euros and is recommended."

"Good place. nice, handsome people. I needed to postpone the check out 1h and it was possible. The room smells huid. The walls with humidity. It was difficult to breathe in the room. The morning when I was waking, the walls and windows filled with water/humidity.
I work in Health. I know this is a very serious condition for the respiratory health of those who stay there. One night I had to sleep with the openest window to smell the humidity. I think they were in the room, and I think they were in the room, and I was not informed that they would come in without my knowledge."

"The rooms are air-conditioned with warm and cold air, very clean and tidy, and the hot water is great. The ventilation fan in the toilet will automatically turn off at night and turn on during the day. Three languages are spoken at the front desk and the service is also very good. Overall the price/performance ratio is very good, the room can see the Mondego River, opposite the park, there is Burger King nearby, and the central street of Coimbra is 5 minutes' walk away. European hotels do not provide toiletries and there are no slippers in the rooms. Very satisfied."

"Hotel with a lot of charm and history, very beautiful building, with new art, good breakfast, excellent location, very friendly staff, good and wide bed. I just wish they would remove the carpet in the rooms and show the wooden floor that appears to be underneath.
