Pro Friendly service, a staff I think her name is Kathaya was very helpful. Eaely check in option from 11am which I recommend. You need to book this before 24h, via the app. I would recommend this to those who arrive early so you can rest and get to your plan soon. Toilet paper of high quality for a budget hotel:) Good quality towel for family room. Kitchen in common area if you want to make anything simple (eg instant noodle). Large common area to hang out, order food, play. Laundry self service at a reasonable price. Storage area (free and also paid) available. 5-7 mins walk to the metro stop, which takes 2 stop to arrive at the Central Station. Cons Room a bit small, but worth the price No aircon so room can be hot, but you can ask for a fan if needed No kettle in the room (but they provide good shared kitchen in common area) Verdict For the price tag, definitely a go to place for me if coming to Copenhagen again.

The location was a bit far from the city centre. Breakfast was good. The bed is comfortable and the room is well cleaned.

I can't actually comment about the room as I arrived a day later than expected because Copenhagen airport had been closed. I had tried to contact the reception but they didn't answer, and so I contacted the a&o general office who told me to just turn up. On arrival there were no rooms, no apologies and no desire to help.

Not a bad experience. It was my first time staying in a hotel. So I was a bit uncomfortable around people.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct subway access to the city center. The facilities are also up to hostel standards.

Objectively speaking, for this price point, the hotel's overall condition is quite good. While the buffet wasn't my favorite, I couldn't find anything better in the area. As for roommates, that's purely down to personal luck and other factors and shouldn't be used as a basis for evaluation.

Very clean and modern room. Location is not in the city center but is accessible to all modes of public transportation. Lots of amenities in the hotel. I wish the staffs could be more welcoming

It's very affordable, and you can find the entrance by cutting through the Moxy hotel right in front. The room was quite stuffy, and in the 4-person dorm, other guests can be disruptive. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you should seriously reconsider booking.

The check-in process was a bit complicated. There was no parking lot, and when we entered the room, we found that the beds didn’t have any sheets or duvet covers. We had to find the staff ourselves and make the beds on our own. Also, the toilet paper in the bathroom was empty
