Nice hotel but water cost money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall very satisfied. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the service was really first class. A special thanks to the waiter Anass who was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel may be a bit out of town, but it is in a nice and quiet area. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially for guests who appreciate a quiet and beautiful environment.

Very bad! The room did not match the pictures! The actual double room looks like the one in Picture 2, small and dark! It doesn't match the photo at all! Fraud! The front desk is extremely bad! All given the worst rooms! The location is very remote! 10 km away from the city! Don’t even think about it if you don’t have a car! Apart from the lobby and garden which look ok, the hotel is very old, elevators etc! The room facilities are also extremely old! The hot water needs to be left for more than five minutes before it becomes warm! There is no soundproofing at all! At 6 or 7 in the morning, the cleaning was extremely rude! Slamming the door and dragging the stool over your head is like a train running! Extremely uncultured! Avoid lightning! !

A hotel worth a vacation, quiet, well-equipped, with beautiful gardens. The downside is that it is a little far from the city.

Well, not very well, really. It had 2 communicating rooms, an incredible smell of sewage, they change us to a single quadruple room but they do not refund part of the money or anything. The receptionist at night still says that the quadruple room (double with two extra beds) is more expensive than 2 rooms... Anyway, we won't repeat.

Colchones muy duros. Interruptor de luz que no funciona, no enciende ninguna lámpara.
