"Large, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange."
"Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers.
My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs).
Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach.
I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!"
"Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to.
Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars.
Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch.
Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars."

"Service:
The service was great. We were compensated for a half-day delay in checking out because the room was delivered to us one hour late. The waiters were all warm and polite.
Facilities: The suite hotel has two toilets, a large sofa, and a large balcony, which is very suitable for families with children.
Hygiene: The waiters who clean the room are very hard-working. There are many rooms, and each room is cleaned very carefully.
Environment: A great location. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the beach is a few hundred meters away. The hotel has three very large swimming pools🏊♀️In short, we have stayed in many five-star hotels in Europe. This is my favorite hotel.
In addition, the breakfast is also very good, and a lot of freshly squeezed juice is provided🍹I will stay here again next time I come👍"
"El servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas. Se hecho de menos zumo de naranja natural en los desayunos y jamon serrano en las cenas, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas joia.
Pero en general muy bien, tienen varios detalles como bombones, licor......"
"The location of the hotel is really nice (Fanabe), close to the shops, restaurants and bus station and beach (few minutes). It is very family type of hotel, very friendly and in a way different. Lots of 1-2 story building, rooms, 4-5 small swiming pools, bar and big restaurant, green plants and trees. The hotel is all inclusive and they present various food and fruits (every day fresh food vegetables and fruits) and free beer wine and drinks. Friendly staff, clean rooms and various service."

"Stayed there for more than two weeks, a lovely resort with bungalows and apartments in a Canarian style, good services like laundry, animation, several nice pools including a big heated one. Had an apartment on 4th floor with a large terrace and lounge chair - didn’t have to go to pool to get some suntan! The furniture a little outdated but the only big problem- there were lots of sweet ants running around the kitchen, had to have a cleaner to spray the place around. Still, a nice place once this was tackled"

Great
GGuest UserThe issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)
RRomanPara mi esposa y para mí es el mejor hotel cinco estrellas lujo que puedes encontrar en el sur de Tenerife sin que te deje en la cartera limpia volveremos sin duda
GGuest UserThe room is large and the view is very good. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, and it is very rich. The service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very complete, reaching the 5-star level.
The theme of the dinner buffet is different every day, with live music
GGuest UserExcellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks.
Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks.
Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel
Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great.
No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside.
DDad cookeHave been to Tenerife on several trips and I wish I had discovered Sunset Harbour on my first visit as I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else.
Great staff all over the complex, reception, pool, cleaning, bar and restaurant, nothing too much trouble.
We really enjoyed our New Year stay.
GGuest UserFab little Hostel, we had a private bedroom with bathroom . All staff and guests where lovely to speak and talk to, will definitely be returning, thank you for making my first hostel experience such fun one.
GGuest UserGreat staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it.
The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall.
The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service.
I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy).
Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.
GGuest UserAt the entrance the reception attention was very good staff very careful and educated
Our reservation was as we had made it
Good facilities very well communicated cleaning and service of 10
是是李善良呀Very close to the bus station, there is free parking, it is apartment style, you can cook, there is free wifi, you can see the sea, there is a shopping mall nearby. The quilt is a bit thin.
