The Novotel was absolutely perfect. In addition to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and room, the breakfast was excellent. But mainly the friendliness of the staff was incredible (especially Ailton at reception)! I recommend it 100%!

NOVOTEL has always been well decorated, it is large and comfortable, and the hotel is also very new. The breakfast variety is also quite right, but the breakfast omelette is not very appetizing. It is all bacon and no vegetables. The freshly baked croissants are crispy and delicious.

The environment is very good and the transportation is convenient.

Two toothpastes and toothbrushes actually cost 50 local currency, which is equivalent to about 100 RMB. They are not delivered to your door, so you must go to the front desk to get them. The quality is the same as the free ones in other hotels. You must bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush when staying here.

After staying for four days, the card failed to swipe on the third day, so I went to re-swipe it. On the fourth day, it didn’t work, so I went to re-swipe it again. Can’t you just swipe it for four days at once? 🙄

Hey, First they charged twice, I had made the reservation and paid online. At check-in they identified the reservation, which had a credit card but said they could not identify that it had been paid. At check-out, they charged the daily rate again, in a different amount than what I had paid online (they charged twice and different amounts. Then I noticed blood stain on our duvet (not on the cover, because they are only supposed to clean the duvet cover, but on the comforter). And finally we asked for a snack in the room (hot mix and coffee), they only sent the mix. We remembered the coffee, they came up again with the coffee bottle without a cup (?) and then we asked for a cup and they sent it. But it should all come together. Very poor service for a Novotel hotel.

The hotel staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel is new, with quality facilities and the shower is very good!

It should just keep the same price in emulated season. As for services, location, cleanliness and service out of 1000.

Very good hotel

We thought the hotel was good, everyone was friendly, the room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast really surprised us, it was sensational. Great location. The negative point was that on our floor there was a dog barking non-stop, other than that - everything was ok. I would stay again.

Everything was very good, excellent service. We were very happy and will be back soon.
