Very good pricing for accomodation stayed here more then a few times,rooms clean and being above a pub and a main road in to surfers ect: its being pretty quiet in the way of traffic and cant here to downstairs. Pretty comfortable beds and pillows to sleep on Recentely renovated bathrooms so its clean has being a time on a saturday either the cleaner was off but bathroom in a badway from the inconsidersate guests who just trashed the bathroom and was filth. Vending machines and coffee station on the reception floor which is good if in need of quick sweets and confectionary otherwise there is literally a coles across the road to the left when you go out the front door but deffiantly not short of any food and eaterys in any distances with your 7/11 up the road for a couple minute walk or a variety of indian,chinese,jacket potatos,pizza franchises ect all in a stonethrow away walking distance so your basically a prime location for it,beach is across the road for a 2 minute walk Parking is available but limited at times due to quick coles stopovers and visitis to your coffee shops or for people in the pub

Excellent hotel! The standard room is not very large, but everything is there. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is perfectly clean. Nice bathroom. The cleanliness is perfect! The breakfast is good - you definitely won't go hungry :) There is a tram stop nearby. Beach - 5 minutes walk.

So, we booked 18 nights in this 3.5 star resort and the from the photos it looked very reasonable for the price. However, this has been the worst place we have ever stayed in. 1. Room was not serviced for our entire stay, even though the resort policy is longer stays are serviced every 7th day. We have been responsible for laundering the sheets and towels ans buying our own toilet paper. 2. The room wasn't clean to start with, dust on most surfaces including the ceiling and curtains 3. Room in serious state of disrepair and looks like it hasn't seen a paint brush since it was built. 4. We booked a garden view room. Not much of a garden to view and only meters from the drive and carpark. The main contents of the garden are cigarette butts from the filthy pig living in the room above 5. We tried sitting on the patio for breakfast, however this was interrupted by ash and cigarette butts raining down from above. 6. The room has no personality, prison cells we've seen in movies look more appealing. 7. Mattress on the bed is stuffed and should have been replaced years ago. I definitely will never recommend this place as it seems the owners are more interested in collecting the money than making sure what they're offering is worth it

Had a very late check in by the time we got there after a big day and drive and then an early flight the next morning It was so clean and comfortable with lovely little touches which made you feel welcome and happy to support a family run business A very convenient distance to the airport and reasonable price ! Thankyou so much will definitely stay here again and recommend to many

Checking In was quick, lovely service at the front desk. Arriving in the room & was quite well presented, very comfortable beds. The room was serviced & cleaned daily, new towels & new sheets & ALL DAILY - was a big tick for my partner & I. Only small issue was I have OCD, so when the room was cleaned daily, I had noticed a fair few stray black hairs on the bedding & floors, cleaning myself up with the towels were a few black hairs on myself asking cleaning myself dry with the towels. But other than that, the stay was lovely!

Whilst it’s not the most up market place on the Gold Coast it’s the best value for couple’s, solo, or families. It’s the perfect location between Rainbow Bay and Greenmount Beach. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve met world wide. Luckily it’s no longer being knocked down for luxury apartment complex so I’ll be able to enjoy many more years there.

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient for our purposes. Delicious breakfast. This is our second stay here and would happily stay again.

We loved our night in the Artist Suite, It is very retro, loved the decor including the pinball machine and the flamingo bathrobes. We stayed on a Friday night so the music from the bar downstairs was loud. We knew that would be the case so we were ready to dance the night away in our suite...and we did. If you don’t want the noise don’t book this suite, but if you want to have some fun and don’t mind some music until midnight-ish i highly recommend it. (Music was blues/rock). Good recommendations were provided for the local area and the breakfast menu provided for in room service (from a local cafe) is great. The rooftop bar is available even when it isn’t open for service for guests to hang out overlooking the beach. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and the whole place has a fun vibe. Highly recommended.

The room and views were amazing. Property very clean, spacious and overall lovely property. The only problem was a howling wind that rattled the sliding door that kept us awake all night. We put a pillow up against the glass door, we opened the glass door slightly, but nothing stopped the noise. We advised on check out and we were told ”sorry” that's it. No offer of a $50 discount- nothing. $1000 for 2 nights accommodation with one night without sleep....
