I ordered a buffet breakfast but there was no breakfast. I got a refund of 80,000 dong. I stayed on the tenth floor. The room was large and comfortable and the water pressure was strong. The location was convenient for us, the market was a 4-minute walk, and there were 3 pastry shops nearby. It's easy to walk to Lotte Mart, cross the bridge, or travel one stop by bus. You can also walk to Mega Market, and take bus 11 to Big C. The studio room is huge in size, there is a microwave and a built-in stove. A large wardrobe with isolated compar**ents, 2 bedside tables, a table with drawers, and you get a lot of storage space. The shelf for suitcases is long, two could easily be stored. The studio windows overlook the school and there is noise in the morning, especially since we constantly kept the window open. In the evening everything calms down, sleep is excellent, the beds are comfortable. As a wish, it would be nice if the window in the bathroom could be opened for ventilation and drying. And, it seems to me, a dining table with chairs instead of armchairs and a low table would be more suitable for the studio. The staff is wonderful, the girls at the reception are hospitable and friendly, communication in English is no problem. You can book a studio with breakfast and choose different dishes in the morning. Trip.com gives wonderful discounts; at the reception the price for our room was higher.

I have no complaints about the hotel. Since I went there during the off-season and I didn't go to the beach, this hotel near the beach was a little far from going to museums, etc., so I gave it a 4 for the location.

Check in is very slow. No breakfast service with slow notice.

Convenient place close to the airport

The price is very affordable. It is noisy due to construction in front. Front, lobby Vietnamese spices?? What does it smell like? The rooms are clean and the water pressure is good. Checked for more than an hour and a half to see if there was a problem with the reservation site during the check-in process. went in I don't know if it's the hotel's fault or the reservation agency's fault, but it was very embarrassing.

Communication is difficult except in Vietnamese, and passports are stored, making travelers uncomfortable.

It's a nice hotel with a great wifi, great for digital nomads. The problems are: - The housekeeping knocks too early in the morning and very noisy. - The reception dont speak English - The swimming pool life vest are all broken - We ask more some stuff for the kitchen to be able to cook but they said they cannot provide a casserole/pot and chopping board which is very irritating because we booked the room with kitchen since we wanted to cook as we have special diet. So we end up with one pan and no chopping board and 2 small plates and 2 spoon. Lol. - It is beside a school in which at 6am in the morning, it os very loud and we could not sleep. We were very tired everyday and had to sleep in the midday because we woke up so early and impossible to sleep until the school starts and the noise disappears. Then in the afternoon, during the school break time, here comes the loud noise again. It was very hard to work with computer, doing our meetings and sleep. Its very impossible. We changed our accomodation to another hotel after and we slept whole day.

Service is terrible, the only thing that the receptionist knows to say is if you are going check out! They asked you it every day. The cleanliness of the room is well below what I expected. The bed was a king size, but the hotel doesn't have the correct size of bed lines, and because of this, every day, I woke up without line sleeping in the mattress

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Great Viet breaky on the roof. There was a few large family gatherings in which were very very noisy. The hotel staff did handle this effectively when I mentioned the noise.

Good spot

This hotel will definitely close soon. The staff is incompetent and does not speak English. The rooms are cleaned according to the wishes of the staff. The swimming pool is dirty. There is no breakfast as planned when booking since the restaurant is closed. Really a hotel to avoid.

Very wonderful, I stayed here for 1 week for a business trip to Da Nang, a place worth visiting, surrounded by many convenient amenities. I will introduce my friends when I come to Danang, the hotel is near the beach, near the tourist areas

I participated in the training at the conference room on the 2nd floor: 1. The hotel staff was not properly prepared from the projector to the speakers, etc. The projection screen had to be pulled up high and had to be tied with a rope to prevent falling, and the speakers were left with echo from the session. Guests had not been drinking anything from the previous day, there was no correction (even though it was time), the staff made a mess of preparations and then dumped the furniture, causing broken glass and cabinets everywhere. 2. The customer hired a training/seminar but the staff Not being careful, coming in and out making noise, from preparing tea breaks to talking to each other, listening to the phone, leaving the phone ringing, etc. There was also a friend stirring coffee and drinking with a jingling spoon while the guests were gathering at the conference. 3. The two elevator doors keep opening from time to time (passengers go by the wrong way) because they share a wall with the conference room, affecting the study session. 4. When eating rice, some dishes are extremely salty, and the glass is so dirty that I don't dare drink water. 5. When it comes to staying, I haven't stayed here yet but my friend used to stay. He reported that he had booked a room but was given the wrong room, not prepared, the night of check-in there was a lack of blankets, pillows, etc.
