Dalhousie Shangrila Hotel.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel... The manager of the Dalhousie shangrila hotel didn't have any courtesy to talk with his customers. He was very rude and arrogant... Manager named prabhat was very rude. Only after several complaints the old manager Ravi helped us little bit. The pictures shared on Google and make my trip were different from the actual hotel. The rooms were stinky and smelly. There was a foul smell in the bathroom and the rooms. Room was not cleaned properly before they gave it to us.. even the bedsheets were not changed.. there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. There was no ventilation. Also the servant of the hotel spitted on me. When asked he said you should have sit seperately. I think this hotel should be closed permanently. It is under construction and not at all advisable to stay in this hotel. It spoiled my whole trip in Dalhousie. The balcony was attached...there was no private balcony as shown in the images uploaded on make my trip. I am really very disappointed to book that hotel and pay 5500 for 2 nights and 3 days... Very bad and negative place to stay. Book at your own risk. Also adding some photos of the spotted room and washroom...

Awesome hotel. Outstanding view of the hills. At night, you can see the lights from the distant valley, which makes it a different experience altogether. Service was also good. The food was very tasty. The rooms are great too. Prices were also reasonable. Staff are very helpful.

Excellent hospitality and treatment of the guests. The staff were very helpful and took care of our every need. We stayed here for 2 nights and it felt homely. Most importantly the views are incredible from the property and there is nothing *** made blocking the views. Whenever we plan to come next, this place will be our definite choice.

Rooms are nice. Located at beautiful place. Market is very nearby on walking distance. Valley view is excellent. I stayed before few years ago but i still remember that i have requested at counter that we got tired since a week to eat outside food, pols allow my wife to go in your kitchen and make food. On the spot they allowed us. Nice hotel.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The ambiance was great and the service was beyond explanation and that too at a very reasonable price. Everyone there was also very friendly. One must stay here if visiting dalhousie. Very satisfied

This is a wonderful and the most comfortable place to stay in dalhousie. The rooms they provide are absolutely neat and clean with a very good fragrance. The person feels very welcoming at this place. The staff is so polite and they have a very quick service. I loved the amenities provided by them. The most important thing that i love about this place is the food and the view.

Good economical hotel and very tasty and mouth watering dishes in breakfast and dinner is included in room booking. Clean place and helpful staff, spacious rooms with wi-fi and mountain view and large balcony in hotel.

Hotel shangrila is situated at city center and valley view from hotel is very beautiful. Hotel's restaurant food is tasty and same in price from outside restaurants. All basic facility is available in room. Specially bolcony is fantastic. U can have breakfast with valley view in hotel's balcony.

Hotel is having good, cooperative staff. Service is good. Gandhi chowk is 400 met-res away left to hotel and subhash chowk is 700 meters right to hotel from the main road. Staying experience in room is very good. Mountains sceneries very good from hotel's balcony as well as from terrace. All over an excellent experience in the hotel and ofcourse in dalhousie.
