It's unbelievable! Is this the reputation of being a repeat customer? We booked two rooms. In the end, Ctrip called several times and said that we can only cancel one room for free. If we are traveling, do we have to stay in different hotels? ? ? Strange my customer service. In the end, Ctrip let me accept the reality with a subsidy plan of 200 yuan. It is a homestay that you will definitely not continue to live in. Please choose carefully.

A single-family B&B close to the ancient city of Dali. It has a quiet environment and complete facilities. It is a good choice for the whole family.

The service attitude is very bad. There are only two bottles of water in the room. If you ask for it after drinking, you will not be given. The front desk said that you want to buy it yourself. The waiters in the hotel are a bunch of middle-aged women who have no sense of service. There is no milk for breakfast. It is very simple, only three Four vegetarian dishes and boiled protein porridge and rice noodles. Check-in is basically due to travel difficulties, low quality, loud noises at one or two o'clock in the evening, regardless of other people in the hotel, and the noise starts again at six or seven in the morning, staying in this hotel is very annoying. 這是我第一次想對一個酒店説這麼多的話 ，這麼説吧這家酒店是我住了非常多酒店以後，很為驚歎的一家酒店，這家酒店的定位在攜程上是四星級的 ，但是他的房間類型以及服務，是遠超同級別的 ，甚至説為五星級也不為過 ，提供的服務非常細緻，酒店的房間非常乾淨，整潔，一點兒都挑不出毛病 ，酒店內的服務人員態度也非常的好 ，酒店還有專用停車場，非常方便。如果下次有機會再到大理來玩 ，我一定還會選擇他們家酒店 。

位置：我們訂了景區100多元三日不限次數坐的觀光車，所以酒店選在大理旅遊景區直通車服務中心站附近，步行4分鐘就ok，周邊打車也很便利。 酒店：環境設施服務都很可以，浴缸還有一次性浴缸罩，房間隔音也很好，晚上偶爾能聽到窗外一點點蟋蟀聲，早餐比較簡單，可能這邊的酒店都這樣吧，除了貴無可挑剔的酒店。 最後誇誇攜程，我原來定的是另一家酒店，那家酒店説沒房了，攜程很快就幫我協調到這個酒店還升級了房型，這麼多年衹有攜程的售後讓我覺得很放心，感謝～
