Super, super bad hotel, very bad check-in experience. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned up. There were already customers complaining at the front desk. The light in the room was still broken. I lost my new clothes and agreed to pay for it three days later. Give it to me, I won't reply after five days, and I won't reply even once. 非常好的一家酒店 工作人員服務很到位，到店後還幫忙升級了房型，整體感覺很舒服 ，酒店就在洱海邊，看海很美，院子很精緻很漂亮，房間設施都很不錯，房間都挺乾淨，酒店出門就是古鎮步行街.出行比較方便，離店時還贈送了伴手禮鮮花餅，管家小婷非常體貼。有什麼問題隨時都可以聯繫她，一入住管家小婷給辦理完入住後就會帶我們到房間 會詳細的介紹房間的設施和入住的一些問題和早餐時間，很專業，特別棒，贈送的水果，晚安糖水還有甜品都非常好吃，因為不是太甜.下午茶，早餐很豐盛，房間很自動化，吹風機也是戴森的，衞生和環境方面都不錯，房間和餐廳的景色也是沒的説。總體來説還是很不錯的體驗，非常值得推薦

酒店就在洱海邊，出門就是熱鬧的雙廊古鎮，在洱海邊吃早飯也太愜意咯！酒店服務特別好哎～還有接送機服務！超級貼心！前台的小姐姐 小哥哥都很細心，幫忙送行李到停車場，小張管家也很棒👍🏻還幫忙定了生日蛋糕！晚上幫忙送到房間，超級nice，環境真的沒得説，小姐姐們都好温柔啊～～很不錯的住店體驗，下次還來！離店還送了鮮花餅伴手禮💕很喜歡！
