來大連跑拉松，選擇了這家中山廣場邊上的酒店，非常方便。房間內整潔，明亮，衞生，價格也合理，前台漂亮的小姐姐非常耐心的解答各種問題。以後來大連還會選擇這家的！

商家説了14點入住，13點30我們一家去辦入住，敲了半天門沒有人開門，一家老小在走廊轉悠了半小時，後來聯繫上了，説14點辦入住，房間沒有收拾乾淨，現在給收拾，現在又等了一會，終於發了房間號，住上了，樓下在施工，本來定了三宿，想提前走一宿，商家最後扣了我百分之50費用！雖然十月一期間這些問題都能理解，但是心裏也很不舒服！

首先，房屋裝修味比較重，對此有要求的慎入；第二，標註是每天打掃衞生，實際按照一客一掃處理的，中間聯繫過酒店管家，然後給打掃了一次，第二天又沒打掃，該點十分差評，你要是不想打掃，一個是在介紹處寫清晰，一個是如果不打掃請配備掃地工具及垃圾袋等物品，同時，水也沒放，我聯繫管家後才送來；第三，酒店確實離地鐵站比較近，出行還挺方便；第四，樓下販賣機賣的水價格還比較親民，較羅森便利店便宜；第五，出門左轉有一家煎餅果子，味道可以，推薦豆漿和小米粥（雖然這兩樣是進的，但是比較好喝），第六，附近有個早市，比較小，東西還行。第七，還有一點，這個酒店額外還要收取200元按金，説怕住客把東西弄壞了然後索賠，這些年住的這些個酒店第一次遇到這種情況，我感覺這也就在我們這種縣城級城市遇到過。以上點評為個人真是感受，請大家參考。

接待小帥哥服務態度認真，周到。房間乾淨整潔，爸媽比較滿意。周邊吃的用的小店很多，出行也方便。出大廈左手邊十字路口對面的一家手抓餅、煎餅果子很多人排隊，看上去像是一對老夫妻，一直忙碌着，我們也去嘗試了一下，果然好吃。

因家庭出遊特意選了民宿，兩個房間寬敞明亮，都有窗户，晚上可以欣賞到市區的夜景！棒🎉之前住的民宿不是每天都給打掃，還特意跟琪姐説要拖布，姐説天天都給打掃啊！孩子非常喜歡投影屏幕電視👍交通非常方便，地鐵公交都非常方便，因為一間民宿愛上一座城市🏙️，以後來大連必住的民宿！推薦指數滿星

感覺他家房間還不錯，位置好，走着青泥窪橋商業街很方便。房間挺乾淨的，床鋪睡着挺舒服的，不硌得慌，房間周圍比較安靜，因為樓層較高，窗外汽車路過也幾乎聽不見聲音，空調給力，有個冰箱，回來可以喝冰鎮酸奶，存放個西紅柿什麼的挺好，有個廚房，我沒用，可以自己帶個小鍋煮個粥什麼的，樓道4部電梯特方便，不擁擠不排隊。我看完房間感到滿意，連續住了4晚，小老闆服務不錯，有問題及時回覆。樓下吃飯方便，有超市，下樓走不遠就是地鐵站，離大連火車站也近，步行一會兒就可以到達。
