My room was clean but not that clean, the bedsheet and the toilet were clean. But, there was a lot of hair on the floor. Generally speaking, it was an OK hotel. The location is not really close to the downtown. To me, it was an average hotel.

入住酒店非常滿意，裝修很好，設施也很新，衞生非常棒（注意看照片的細節），服務也很熱情，早餐種類很多，周邊很安靜，距離景區也很近，騎着共享電車可以去夜市吃吃小吃，去公園逛逛後備箱集市，總之是一次很好的入住體驗，推薦！

無意間發現了這個寶藏酒店🏨 服務超好，環境優雅，大堂有股淡淡的香味，特別好聞，地理位置方便，離景點也近，價格良心，早餐自助，種類多，而且特別好吃！
設施：房型寬，裝飾高檔，設施特別齊全，機器人好好玩
服務：酒店前台很熱情，有求必應，工作人員見到客人都會打招呼，很棒👍

説句實話，住過這麼多的酒店，這個酒店讓我感覺很一般！首先，服務態度接待我們的服務態度特別的好！可晚上換了一個人，服務態度相當的差！問啥啥不知道！機器人服務很好！但是他家早餐特別棒！叔叔阿姨很熱情！唯一的缺點就是房間的熱水衹能供一個人洗！洗洗就沒水了！位置還行，不是中心偏一點，吃飯方便！就是有點小貴！燉一個雜拌魚88！電視看不了，全是收費！環境一般，就如家的檔次！價格不低！服務很差勁！前台的小姐姐服務真的不錯！很用心，白班！換班以後*********，*********？😀

朋友推薦來的，酒店很新，大堂裝飾的很別緻，不同其他的酒店，這個酒店很有家的感覺，前台有免費飲品和糖果，有小機器人，服務員也很熱情，入住送了孩子小童旅行套裝，退房還給了帶酒店LOGO的紀念水杯，影音房的效果絕佳，音響非常高端，影院感受極強，總之住了一晚覺得真心不錯，很nice,以後還會選擇這家酒店，極力推薦！

辦完入住之後進房間都挺好的，第一天到了晚上十點多突然停電，給酒店打電話説處理，剛來電沒一會又停電了，第二天就更離譜，本來尋思早點休息第二天回家到了十一點多又開始停電了，停一會來一會停一會來一會，酒店給的回覆是電管局的政府行為¿，旁邊別的都沒有停電就單獨酒店停電¿第二天早上下樓問前台，前台給我的回覆是頭一天晚上停電是意外今天不能停電了。然後讓他們把通知拿出來書面文件拿出，啥都沒有，今天退房連個解釋的人都沒有一句道歉也沒有，全是攜程客服對我説的抱歉
