"It was hard to book a room during the Spring Festival, so the hotel cancelled my reservation without my permission. After 10pm, my whole family was shivering in the cold wind. I found the front desk, and they told me that they didn't have a contact number, so they couldn't confirm with me. They cancelled the reservation if I didn't check in after 21:00. I was speechless. Such a big hotel has no way to contact guests. Why didn't they tell the guests when booking that the reservation would be cancelled if they didn't check in after 21:00? The front desk service attitude was too vicious, and they kept making excuses for their mistakes at work. In the end, they just ignored me, and kept silent. "Hotel location is good to find, follow Gaode to arrive, self-driving hotel entrance parking (parking needs to leave the store and WeChat reimbursement at the front desk). The front desk staff was warm and standardized for check-in. The room was high and spacious, the layout was reasonable and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, the bath water was large and hot, and the hair dryer was easy to use. When I entered the room I immediately felt spacious and comfortable. The decoration in the room is simple and generous, and the bedding is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable and makes me sleep well all night. The room is fully equipped and the whole house is smart. You can turn on the TV, air conditioning and so on while lying on the bed. Free Wi-Fi service is also provided. I especially liked the spacious and bright bathroom with a variety of toiletries and towels. The whole room has a comfortable and warm atmosphere, making me feel at home during my tired journey.
