Not a very good stay. Two lamps in room only one working bulb in each one. I thought bulb were burned out. Got more at front desk. it was the lamps defective. Remote for tv would not turn off or on. Had to get another remote at desk, wash cloths and towels need to be replaced, very thin.Bed was comfy, pillow flat.

This hotel is horrible. It stinks so bad. The Cigarette smell is in every room. The beds are so old. It’s so dirty and needs to be condemned. Management is so rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. They are slum lords. Worst experience I have ever witnessed.

The first room had loud mechanical noises. I moved to another room. The TV remote did not work. The phone did not work so I had to address the issue in person. She told me the remote only worked on the volume and everything else had to be done manually. Several lights burned out. No fruit at breakfast.

The rooms were fairly clean, but not as clean as many Hampton Inns in which we have stayed. BUT obviously under poor management. Very few options from which to choose breakfast. Pancake machine worked — no syrup. The eggs, gravy and sausage looked awful — like they were reheated. Didn’t even have real coffee. The front desk person said, “We didn’t get a delivery,” Really? Did anyone order? I think the hotel should reimburse us for the breakfast we had to buy elsewhere!

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Pancakes, muffins, toast, sausage, omelets, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins and more. The kitchen staff was very nice. And the coffee was fresh. The sheets were clean and the mattress was very comfortable.

Quickly checked in by friendly employee. Room was large and quiet. Beds comfortable. Their breakfast was a nice treat. Plenty of dine in options but I took a to go bag. Was able to grab a banana, yogurt & muffins since we needed to get on the road. I really liked the online check out email. I was able to leave keys in the room without stopping at the front desk.

The housekeeper for the third floor (room 20) was super nice. I thought someone vomited in the bathtub but was wrong. However, I think the lady who stayed here last may have gotten over-heated and had the drive heaves. This place offers free bottles of water, which is very thoughtful. Most places charge an arm and a leg bottled water.

I started out thinking this would be a great place to stay, BUT NOT. We got our vehicle broken into and robbed. We parked under a light and close to hotel, all parking was close, but when we asked to see video of parking lot was told it didn’t cover that area. WTH! Small parking lot!! When we asked if it happened before was told sometimes. Do not stay there!!!

1. Upon arrival there was no one at the counter to help, when the woman arrived she was extremely rude (and continued to be for the duration of our stay). We had someone with us who needed help getting extra blankets and was not able to get them on her own. She called for extra blankets for our room, and the staff member said she could not leave her post, however when we went down to get them (and every other time we went downstairs) she was not at the desk and could not be found. 2. Our room was NOT cleaned well. There was left-over hair from the previous guests in our sink and shower. 3. When we went to use the pool it appeared to be closed, however we went in and there were people swimming with the lights off (VERY dangerous) we went to ask the front desk (same lady) she said the pool was open and rolled her eyes when we asked that the lights be turned on. I am a travel agent and this leaves me with questions on the integrity of IHG and I will NEVER book clients in this specific hotel again. IHG will not approve this review even though it meets all of their guidelines so I am taking to alternative review websites.
