Good hotel to stay for those who had plan go to airport. Near to the hotel

Ok la room clean near with airport and reception very friendly

Too dirty, too noisy, customer service zero. Unfriendly staff. If you have any other option please choose others. The hotel interior, cleanliness and amenities is not suited the money that you paid. The only things reliable is just the location next to the airport, despite that, wasted! It’s only worth half of the published price please take note.

The place is ok, affordable but the heater in my room not working. Also the place too crowded at night. Hopefully their improve the facility of the hotel in future. Tv either not working as well. Only got 1 channel only itupn banyak semut2 keluar kt siaran tv.

Booked on behalf of a friend who’s planning to have a short nap before early flight. Unfortunately he can’t even sleep. Air condition is jot working, room condition is bad. So sorry for him.

Need to improve sone of facilities such as water, tv channel and extra pillows

Such a high price due to Motor GP Event. Room is small and path to other building is far and small. If you have many luggage, you will be in trouble.

The room is clean and has comfortable and nice ambience. The amenities are excellent and the hotel’s interior design is good and relaxing to the eyes. The food are delicious and the staff are very helpful.

Execellent stay near to klia & food. The access is 24 hrs for food. Definitely, recommended.

no elevator to 3rd floor, elevator up to second floor only. not suitable for people who have physical disabilities
