服務好，乾淨衞生，隔音好很安靜，沒有路噪，停車位很多，很貼心有遮陽蓬，酒店有酒樓、KTV. 足浴、健身房、吃喝玩方便，非要挑一些毛病就是花酒出水亂七八遭，應該換花酒了，因為水壓太大了，窗簾不是全遮光簾，睡懶覺有點影響

酒店位置好，停車場大，房間乾淨衞生、明亮。3樓就可用餐，且味道不錯。馬路對面就是龍湖島公園，可飯後散步。

房間太差，聯繫客服1個多小時還沒聯繫上酒店，聯繫了酒店，又説房間都是這樣的，以後都不想住這裏了，平台客服也差，深夜等足1小時還沒弄好。
