It's a great hotel, there was no shuttle during our stay so we had to drive to dinner it was not walking distance. Very clean, comfortable. We enjoyed the ******. The food at the ****** like most places was not the best but overall we were happy with the trip.

Very clean hotel, and within close proximity to The Magestic Theater. With it being a ******, no kids are allowed, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the attached parking garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Well, the workers were on strike when we were there. We booked months in advance, only to find out when we literally got dropped off at the hotel entrance. No warning and no discounts. They shut down over half of the amenities, and most of the workers were outside with signs protesting. Very uncomfortable for us, will never go back.

The fine dining restaurant did not reopen after the pandemic. I was not impressed with the food court options.

Great experience

This Ctrip agent is very bad! Failure to transfer the money to the hotel resulted in us being overcharged by the hotel for more than 1,000 yuan! After we looked at the bill and found out, he also said it was the hotel's problem. We called the hotel across the ocean, and the hotel clearly informed us that it had not received the room fee paid by the agent! It’s been over a month now and still no refund!

The property was beautiful. The room was huge the bathroom was better in person. Room service guest service even in the ****** everyone was friendly inviting and helpful when needed. I wound up leaving my laptop at the hotel and as we all know my mind went everywhere. Called the hotel they informed me that they will hold my laptop and I will be going to retrieve it. I most definitely will be returning to this hotel. I've worked in housekeeping and the fact that they actually have my laptop to hold is more than enough to earn my business again in the near future and refer others to the property as well. You guys are amazing and I will see you again.......

Didn’t make it into the ****** this time but I absolutely love the hotel. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful and spotless.

we had a late check out and the cleaners kept banging on our doors to tell us to leave, finally when the manager came the manager apologized for the rudeness as we in fact had a later. check out but the cleaner was still slightly rude about it. other than that everything about the hotel and ****** and restaurants were AMAZING!

The fact that everything is under 1 roof did it for me. You ha have to use a key to gain access to the hotel rooms. D'tour Spa is on the bottom level and there is a ****** as well. The bathroom is very spacious with a soaker tub separate shower and separate toilet area. There is a deli in the ****** area, get the 7/11 sandwich (hot) and fries...thank me later

Woken up multiple time throughout the night by partying neighbors and employees were unhelpful in remediating. Also, rooms are showing age- very worn down and stained carpets/walls very dirty. Needs a remodel.

Property was clean. Offered a lot of dining options. ****** is also very clean if ******** is your thing. Shuttle to the Redwings game was convenient.

We really enjoyed the luxurious room and it was awesome to be able to go downstairs for a concert. Awesome!
