The hotel has been refurbished, the decoration is very good, the environment is very comfortable, the breakfast is average, and the variety and production needs to be enhanced. In the evening, I said that I would add an extra quilt. I was initially rejected. I felt so speechless, so I took it again later. The bed is too small, it's estimated to be only 2 meters or 2.2 meters. At first I thought it was 2.4 meters, 2 large and 2 small stays. The room was very large and comfortable. I went to the swimming pool and asked the waiter to get bath towels. The bath towels in the hotel room are very inconvenient. Later, I asked them to bring me the towels. The sense of service needs to be strengthened. I hope that the management will be more humane. We need to put the guests first, not so rigid.

Great location, balcony with nice view, room conditions are ok, bathtub in the room is a plus. Few problems we had though. Personal of the pool area didn't allow us to use outside pool because of rain. But Chinese people started to swimming there under the rain and nobody tried to stop them. When I asked, what's going on, why Chinese can, but we, foreigners, cannot, they said,” okok, you can go as well”. So, looks like some kind of discrimination. And another bad thing, we saw the cockroach in restaurant was running on the table.
