酒店服務不錯，專車送孩子到學校報到,早餐挺豐富的，酒店各方面小細節都做的很好,特別是前台工號009號的美女小姐姐服務態度贊一個，總之酒店很抓服務細節,性價比高!

來這住過幾次了，訂的都是家庭房，很方便，一張大床和一張小床，孩子和大人都睡的很舒服。環境衞生，酒店人員非常熱情、服務周到，特別是9號和034號工作人員，服務態度特別好，有問必答，而且能馬上能解決問題。早餐吃的很好，食品新鮮乾淨。特別提一下是自助洗衣房，能滿足洗衣的需要還有烘乾機，非常方便，下次還會來住的。

服務周到，早餐豐富，房間有陽台，可以晾曬換洗衣服蘇，住房各層樓道均有免費提的供各類小吃、點心、瓶裝飲用水，不錯的體驗！

房間很大，環境安謐，適合睡眠。大廳和樓道都有免費的點心、礦泉水、蘋果，這是不多見的福利，必須贊！衞生間下水沒有隔離，缺點。三樓有洗衣房。松山湖地區性價比較高的Hotel。

衞生還不錯，停車也方便。我住五樓，六樓有健身房，到晚上11點左右還很吵，健身房裡器材砸到地板的聲音，三樓還是二樓有一間房的人説話，隔音不好，聽得很明顯，到12點了還一直説不停，前台也不提醒一下對方。
