RRonan A.Comfortable bed, rolling shades on the windows which is great yet still a bit noisy (from the top floor) and a strong smell of disinfectant spray in the room
GGuest UserVery close to Valence Station, within walking distance. The front desk is welcoming, breakfast is OK, fruit meat coffee juice is available. The room was clean and welcoming. The hotel has drinking water.
BBronsteinMy previous experiences with Premiere Class have been mixed. The breakfast was usually quite unappetizing. So why am I even staying here? It's simple: the price is a bargain. The hotel is almost new and already quite chic. There is an elevator and a large parking lot. You can also sit outside. If you love steaks, there is a wide selection of restaurants (photo). The hotel is not on the A7 and is also out of the way.
I wasn't so happy with the staff. I was charged double the tourist tax.
AAnonymous UserThe mode of the hotel, we arrived at check in about 5 minutes, the work efficiency is very high. It is more convenient for us to drive by ourselves. There should be not many people going to Valance because it is an industrial town, and we are going to visitors. There are many types of breakfast bread
GGuest UserThe rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The meals in the restaurant were incredible and way over expectations. The facilities such as the gardens and pool were well kept and it was lovely to use the pool over the hot period of our stay. The only thing that wasn’t enjoyed is that there wasn’t coffee, tea or water offered in the room. Other than this I would definitely recommend this hotel!
AA.ChoyI live in a quadruple room. The room is very spacious. Because it can accommodate six people, the room needs to be improved. Parking is more difficult. It is difficult to find a parking space. The nearby places are more complicated and give people a feeling of insecurity.
TTomaszThe rooms were paid in the form of a prepaid payment, i.e. only a city tax was paid. The error at the reception resulted in re-charging of room fees. The turning this off from the morning is almost an hour and there is no satisfactory effect because there is no decision-maker.
The room was small enough to pass the bed on the other side and clung to the TV hanging on the wall.
EEmmanuelthe staff I dealt with was very available to each customer including us and therefore listened to us.
for catering we could not dine at the hotel due to lack of space we did not book but their advice was very much appreciated.
