We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment. It was huge with all mod cons and an endless supply of fresh towels. Located at Dubai Marina, there is an infinity pool with great views. The staff were all smiley, helpful and just lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good, made to order waffles, pancakes, French toast, eggs royale....an endless list. Fresh coffee and tea. Beds were so comfortable. The Amara lounge did a wide range of delicious food. Taxis right outside the hotel. A supermarket on the ground floor. I'd highly recommend to anyone and would return.

My wife and I stayed at the Grosvenor House for only 1-night during our stopover in Dubai for our honeymoon. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00am after taking a redeye flight and were exhausted. The reception staff was very friendly and worked diligently to get us into the first available room and a complimentary upgrade. The concierge was also helpful in planning activities and providing recommendations. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had an excellent variety of food options. The pool area is nice and relaxing and perfect way to cool off from the heat. We went to Buddha-Bar for dinner/drinks and it was a fun experience with delicious food, and located in the hotel. The location was great since you can walk around the marina in the evening and watch all the boats. We also had cocktails at Bar 44 to end the night. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend the Grosvenor House.

Sure, you can spend 4 times more and stay in classier places, but why would you?This really is a hidden gem. We have not stayed in an Apart Hotel before, but basically, you get the apartment space (300sqm) with the all the facilities and rooms serviced daily. There isn't a restaurant at the facility, but there are dozens of places within a few hundred yards. There really is nothing negative to say about this place, so here are my main points; - The staff are happy and absolutely excellent... 5* service and everyone is so helpful - The gym is an actual proper gym and not one of these 'fitness rooms' that so many hotels disappoint you with.. absolutely fantastic - The pool is smallish but fine - The room was phenomenal. There was just two of us bur we had 3 bedrooms, marina view and 300sqm.... yes 300sqm with a huge lounge, balcony and great kitchen - The apartment had everything you need with washing machine, full kitchen and utensils, plates, glasses and a huge fridge / freezer, Iron etc.. You don't need to bring anything - The location is perfect, right on the front line of the marina and within 100yards there are shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Alcohol Shop.... everything! So many choices and JBR Walk is so close We have stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home so hopefully, you get the impression that we loved this place and will 100% return. The only thing, like many properties, is that it was much cheaper to book via Expedia than direct with the property... I never understand this, but anyway, Well Done Marina Hotel Apartments, a fantastic find in Dubai and see you again.

We stayed at the HGR at the beginning of September. We were very impressed from the beginning.At check- in we asked as it was our 30th wedding anniversary if another room on a higher level was available, we had been given a garden room . Nazima from customer services was excellent, she showed us a few rooms & moved us . We were half board & I must say the food was very good . Good selection at breakfast and evening meal you had a choice of other restaurants on site to eat at ,all good food & great customer service. The polo bar which we used earlier evening every day was excellent & Hannah was very friendly & we all thought her customer service was brilliant. All in all a great friendly hotel & would definitely return.

This place was recommended to us by friends and on first glance the location looked perfect, overlooking the Marina waters. We booked a 3 BR apartment for the six of us. Our check-in was swift but few things we only learned after our arrival, not apparent from photos. Only two rooms have attached baths, the third room uses a common bath across the aisle. Also the three rooms are of varying sizes with most amenities like Locker and desk reserved for the master bedroom. These were but minor glitches once we settled in the living area, spacious kitchen along with a large dining table and comfy loungers. The balcony opened out to gorgeous vistas of the Marina and at the night the surrounding sky scrappers lit-up to complete the view. The weather was humid and air-conditioning was needed round the clock, it however never once failed us. The housekeeping was discreet, they worked out our patterns and cleaned the rooms when we were out. The kitchen was well stocked with all cutleries and crockeries and more was bought up at a moment's notice. The beds were not overly soft, something I hate in hotel beds. We didn't quite use the hotel gym and pool with this wonderful city taking up most of our time. The one time we ordered room service from the hotel's own oriental restaurant, it was just about passable. Overall the place looks dated but still makes up for minor flaws with professional service and beautiful location.
