Luxury hotel in the Palm.
Rooms very clean, spacious.
Lobby with bar serving also fast food and any kind of drink.
Splendid swimming pool very large.
Sea food restaurant with menu very rich of several varieties of food, wines and spirits.
Barber shop inside which does also nail service.
High level hotel.
Really enjoyable.

This is my 4th time here in the past 6 years. I expected more. A lof of things has been changed for the worse. Smaller or lousier selection for breakfast. The food is though tasty.
We had half board which is a great solution with a kid.
The rooms are slightly worn down.
Gym small considering the amout of guest the hotel can have. It was crowded each time.

Good hotel and lounge. Location in the Palm Jumairah and it it was a little crowded at the time. The reception desk staff, however need a lot of work to expedite their work and not letting hotel guests waiting. Also I see them take long conversations while checking in people and Leave waiting people in Line lessening to their chitchat.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is location. It’s a little inconvenient, so need to take a cab and quite expensive to travel around.

We have stayed at the Fairmont Palm before, in June 2019, so we were really looking forward to returning.
We enjoyed our time here, but the service was disappointing. Our room wasn't ready on arrival even though we arrived just after 3 pm. Breakfast staff reception was very rude, and found the service in general to be below par. Certain things in the room were not working for example the bedside telephone and the shower door thingy was falling off, so each time we had a shower the bathroom area would "flood" with water.
The positives were that the facilities were good, experiences of being on the beach, pool and gym were great. The food at breakfast was as lush as I remember. Excellent location for families.
For the price you pay, you expect better service.
