Everything is perfect Only the TV screen needs to be bigger and smart

1. at night my floor keep heard bell ringing when i go to the door it stop 2. Not sure what is that sound 3. Near to future museum 4. Not really 5 star hotel but worth for the money i paid for 5. just the facilities not elderly and wheelchair friendly as the curb is high

Fantastic location Only there was a long time waiting at the reception and elevator Staff not trained enough, they didn’t explain everything and took long time to give the room access

The only truly amazing thing about this hotel is the view from the window — it’s absolutely beautiful. But unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. 🔌 Hot water was completely unavailable for an entire day during my 3-day stay. 📶 The Wi-Fi is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen in Dubai — I needed to work remotely, and I simply couldn’t. Nothing loaded properly, making it impossible to work. 🧹 Despite staying for three nights, housekeeping never came to clean the room even once. 🔌 Several electrical outlets in the room didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. On the positive side: 🍽️ The food at the buffet was great — delicious and varied, both for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, be prepared for huge lines at breakfast — sometimes it felt chaotic. 📍The location is excellent, no complaints there. I wish the basic services matched the level of the view and the food. It could’ve been a great stay, but too many issues made it frustrating.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent. The front desk even upgraded me to a higher floor.

The reception to the restaurant was amazing. I even checked, and when our flight was delayed, they still permitted us to come have a rest in our room. If whenever I go to Dubai Tower Plaza Hotel is definitely my destination.

I came little bit early for early ✅, unfortunately they said no availability, but i think that's not true, anyway low than expected

Hotel was very good, Service as well. Easy to reach, only opposite the train station. Breakfast was good and international, but a little busy. Bar was under renovation and Pool just started yearly maintenance. Nevertheless, we would take it again.

Everything is always perfect from rooms to breakfast. I always stay here and everything is sorted .
