The hotel occupies a large area and has a beautiful environment. It is recommended to stay in a single-family villa. It is an oasis in the desert. There seems to be a horse farm.

Very recommended hotel. The waiters were super enthusiastic. They gave us a dessert in the room when we checked in, which was very warm. The room is super big, the largest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a swimming pool and a horse farm next to it, where various equestrian activities are sometimes held. The hotel is about twenty minutes' drive from the city. It's only ten minutes' drive from Longcheng.

The racecourse is beautiful and the breakfast is very special

The attitude of the front desk service is arrogant, asking for a tip clearly. Electrics are old and mostly broken.

I think this hotel is close to Longcheng. The service is general, the facilities are outdated, and the price is outrageous! So there's a reason for the low score. It's not wrong at all! I told the waiter directly that I would never come here again! ! !

Room was nice, pillows and bed are the best, clean room, housekeeping did a good job. .The team has been really great! Kudos to Timothy, Reddy, Abdullah and Hammad. Samada Spa was also a nice at the basement. Breakfast in Epicure was good, they got healthy options.

I love the stay the villa is amazing and the view is amazing from balcony and the service of simran and suman is great I totally like everything here thank you for everything we enjoyed a lot here if we come again we will surly come to this villa only

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with only 39 rooms, making it feel unique and intimate. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. Yasaf made check-in special, and Shahid was always available to assist. Ms. Narea gave an excellent tour, explaining all the hotel facilities; she is both professional and kind. Thanks to Youssef for organizing our visit to the horse stables, and to David for providing a fantastic tour. The spa is lovely, and the staff is incredibly kind. Special thanks to Angelica! I highly recommend Melia Desert Palm for a peaceful escape from the city.
