This hotel has a kitchen, you can go to 99 Dahua to buy your own favorite, this is the biggest reason I chose this hotel. It is not the first time to stay, so the overall evaluation of the four stars. Dublin is not big, if you don't have a car, it may be inconvenient. It is also convenient to play usbe. Ole, supermarkets are fine. The only flaw in this hotel is that it is not eaten around, so it is more suitable for cars.

Breakfast is not a buffet. If the English is not good, it will be inconvenient. A three-person meal will be ordered. As a result, the agent only gave a two-person meal. It was an unexpected surprise.

The location of the hotel is close to the high-speed port and is convenient for going out. Also close to the outlet, not bad. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym facilities. Breakfast is also good, very rich. Provide wifi service. It may take a little trouble to install hot water. Ample parking is available. There is no place to go shopping nearby. There are a lot of gas stations.

We stayed for two nights in a first floor room. We picked the motel as they accepted dogs ($75/night for a dog). They also charged a $150 deposit that you don't get back without a delay. We were not satisfied. We stayed in room #105. It had a bad odor from the floors, sink and bathroom. There were only enough towels for one person and only one bar of soap. There was no blanket on the bed...only a bedspread that was synthetic and too hot and a sheet. The room was obviously old and had a bad odor. The bed was comfortable but small. We requested a blanket and were given one with a large stain in the middle so we had to have another provided. There were no amenities such as you usually find in other motels. The soap provided was in dispensers on the wall in the shower (all were either empty or almost so) which made washing anywhere but in the shower difficult. They advertised morning breakfast. We found primarily cold cereal, bagels that had to be heated and not much else...certainly not what we expected. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get another. The front desk does not answer the phone at night as it's always busy. The alley behind our room was busy with cars and people most of the night and is the entrance and exit for a fast food place adjacent to the motel. The hallway smelled of dog urine near our door. The lobby looks nice but if the room we were in is an example of other rooms, they do not reflect what you see when you walk into the lobby. Two nights in a row, we had people throwing balls for their dogs right at our bedroom window...at midnight...causing our dog to begin barking. I'm typing this just after arriving home after our visit. I would not recommend this motel at all.

After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs. Compared with the Sheraton Hotel at Fisherman's Wharf, the hotel is more profitable. The room is large and there is breakfast. In addition to regular bread and coffee, there are egg patties waffles and fruits. The key is free parking, saving dozens of dollars.

The environment is very good, very clean, and the children love it too.
