Relax Inn & Suites

Desk clerk insisted I pay a fee for using a credit card. PLUS she did not have a no smoking room on the main floor, which meant I had to take stairs to my room. I have 3 herniated discs in my back. Shed didn't think that should prohibit me from climbing stairs while carrying my luggage. She was insistent I pay the extra charge and I refused since it was NOT included in my reservation. I am 87 years old and a bit frail. I should have been treated better than this. She said I would not be charged for the room. I hope so.

Room had a bad Oder to it, door kept sticking, bed was hard, never will go to this hotel again

Priced right clean and safe

Liked that i is close to food Didnt like the roaches and the fact that someone opened my door in the middle of the night. Thank God i had the security latch on.

Sheets were dirty.. room had a smell to it. Staff was nice

Get what you pay for, though there was an upcharge since I used a credit card! Run down place, clean, slept good.

The motel was ok, not great, but they cancelled my reservation without notice and charged $3 more for using my credit card!

I prepaid for my stay, but upon arrival, the clerk told me she was worried because she didn't have any rooms left. I explained I had already paid for the room and it was guaranteed; she stated that there was a "housekeeping problem" and that they hadn't finished cleaning all the rooms that day. She said to give her a moment and she would double check, but that she wasn't sure she could get me the type of room I paid for... I waited for her to come back, and she seemed to have fixed the issue and told me she hoped I had no issue being on the 2nd floor. I told her it was not a problem, as I was just super exhausted since it was middle of the night and needed to sleep. Upon entering the room, it seemed very bare. I realized it was missing the couch and refrigerator that I had paid for with my room type. There were also no pillow cases on the pillows, nor towels or washcloths in the room. I tried calling the front desk from my phone, since there was no phone in the room either. No answer. At this point I was far too tired to deal with the issue and fell asleep since I had been driving so long. This was one of the worst stays I've experienced, partially because the hotel clearly is allowing rooms to be oversold when they know they don't have adequate amenities or even clean rooms.

It was clean to sleep in but definitely needs remodeling and painting and new mirrors fixtures and smell
