"Stayed for the second time, the food was delicious, the environment was good, and the service was good.
The room was also very large and quite satisfactory.
Will come back next time."

"The room was good but TV and homephone did not, but it was resolved over the evening.
I'm sorry that the shower is not going to be done here, but I don't want room 138 anymore."

"Breakfast is a normal hotel buffet, yes
The hotel has a style as a whole, and the rooms are all designed. The room No. 6 I live in is in the style of QR code, and the room No. 27 is in the style of weaving.
The location is also convenient, not far from the city center
The facilities are also complete and the environment is clean. The other young ladies are very enthusiastic and patient. My three-legged cat English can also be opened without hindrance, like it 👍🏽"

"The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Arnhem central station, with luggage.
The people at front desk are very hospitable and they provide all the necessary assistances needed.
The room are neat and clean. No smoke smell or dirty spots. But you need take your own tooth brush/paste, slipper.
Breakfast are with diversified food and drinks. Not much choice with salad though.
There is a grocery just next to the hotel and you can get many things there. Pretty convenient.
Too many different styles of restaurant around the neighbourhood.
There is also some attractive sites for sightseeing just by walk.
Pretty nice choice for travellers to stay two or three nights."
"The hotel is directly opposite Arnhem Railway Station, which is very convenient for traveling to other places. There are many restaurants, bakeries, famous Dutch food supermarkets, etc. along the street downstairs of the hotel, so life is quite convenient. By the way, if you arrive in Arnhem by train for the first time, remember to go to the underground level to exit the station. The two of us foolishly carried our luggage and chose to take the elevator up to exit the station. As a result, we were separated from the train station and the hotel. Looking around, I walked around in a big circle, actually walked down to the station and walked towards the train station gate. The hotel is 100 meters away from the gate.
A hotel of the same class in Amsterdam would be more than twice as expensive. We considered going to work near Arnhem the next day, so we chose to stay in Arnhem. The money saved would be used for transportation and more than enough for a big meal. If you go to Amsterdam, you can take a train to Amsterdam Central Station in one hour, and there are corresponding trains to Schiphol Airport.
The breakfast at the hotel was very delicious and the mattress was very comfortable... Overall, we were quite satisfied."
"The layout of the room we stayed in was very unreasonable. It looked quite big. There was no place to let go. After two days of heating, the heating was not warm. They responded to the front desk of four shifts. Everyone’s attitude was not bad. No one has solved the problem, and some people have said to me, ”I don't feel cold, how can you be cold?”... You are Iron Man, I am probably a normal human, because I feel cold at 4 degrees..."
"The breakfast is a little bit worse. The overall feeling of the accommodation is very good. The old building is behind the train. But the windows are very soundproof. I will come back next time. It is convenient to go around, about 1.5 km from Cologne and 15 minutes walk."
"We had to wait 3 quarters before we could in our hotel room. The room was good, spacious and clean. Unfortunately there is very saving on the single-layer toilet paper
The breakfast was not good, so the bread was not made enough to eat; and the other bread was delivered late on the breakfast table. The breakfast was very busy, there was a long line to come to breakfast and too little places for all guests. We also missed a box of waste on the tables, where you can lose the waste immediately during breakfast.
The closed cycling station was very bad; all Fletcher's bikes were in the station, which made the guests no place to place his bikes. The roof of the stall was broken, and the bikes were wet at rain.
There was a swimming pool, but there was nothing about bath jackets reported by the staff.
It's a very widely attacking hotel."
