One of the usual hotel I stayed during business trip at Dumai.
This is newest hotel in Zuri Group.
Is a three star hotel however is good enough for me.
Breakfast is Indonesia style.

If for the service, it is very good while for standard meals while about the cleanliness of the room is quite clean, only in the bathroom the water is not dry and the bathroom door is starting to be outdated.

Nice place, but you can’t use the swimming pool because they work on it until end of may i remember. Breakfast really good, with kind staff.
After everything is really expensive, food, drink, you have to pay if you check in early and you have to pay if you want to go to the ferry (50.000 with the hotel, 15.000 in the street). So I would advice to go to Patra Dumai Hotel, free early check in, free driver if you want to move, and food is cheaper. It was a better experience
