"The service was great. The hotel WhatsApp in advance asking what time I wanted to check in. The location was above Tanjung Jara’s area. It was quite serene & peaceful. It’s a 15 mins drive to the Dungun town. The hotel is quite new hence it was very clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you."

"The hotel is strategically located fronting the sea. The layout of the rooms and landscaping are nice and Bali-styled.. However, the resort is worn down and the buildings lack maintenance. Most of the timber used especially in the toilet are rotting and major refurbishment is required. It is a pity such a nice resort being left unmaintained.. urgent maintenance is required to attract existing guests.."

"We check in the hotel, found a track bottom and dental paste tube left in the toilet. The room is properly done. Immediate response once complaint is lodged. The running water stop at peak times few times in the morning, reason owing to the water pressure. Location is strategic facing the beach. Check the amenities available before travelling."
