Hotel is well located and we had a quiet room which just could have been cleaned a bit deaper. Front desk employees were nice! I think we would book again if the opportunity would come.

衞生間很乾凈
房間設施很簡單，就是一般旅館
床很硬，這個比較介意，床墊的彈簧都能摸到，打電話給前台想要一張備用被子放墊被，後面客房拿了一張很薄的床單過來，説沒有被子了，衹能折些墊着稍微好點，第二天給了稍微厚些的毯子放房間了
枕頭有股煙味，很濃！第二天讓更換，感覺也沒有更換吧

很少給酒店差評，這次是例外。國慶期間去的敦煌，看見網上評價不錯，就定了這家酒店。快到酒店打電話給前台問酒店停車場怎麼走，打幾次都沒人接電話。讓家人跑進去大廳問了才知道，停車場很小，停車不方便，也停不了幾輛車，並且還要收費。進了房間，發現連兩瓶飲用水都不贈送，真是第一次見酒店房間連水都不贈送的。到了大廳要問附近飯店才發現連前台都是大姐大媽級別，普通話也説不清， 無語了。晚上要休息時才發現床上竟然沒鋪床墊，完全是硬板床，剛開始還以為是服務員忘鋪了，打了前台電話竟然回覆説床墊還沒買下 ，又是一次無語了，沒床墊就開始營業啦。已經是晚上11點多了，還帶着孩子，要不然必須換一家酒店，真是太差勁了
