Hampton Inn Lancaster

The property was in good condition and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and in the perfect spot for getting back on the highway. We enjoyed our visit and stay at this hotel.

2 issues - the bedside table fell off the wall when I put my eyeglasses on it, and there was very little conditioner in the bottle mounted on the wall in the shower.

Something with the pillows caused allergic reaction. Had to remove the pillows and use a towel instead to sleep.

Friendly front desk check in. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Air/heat unit...couldn't get the control visible, hitting the up and down did nothing at all.Felt some cold air coming from a seam gap and not the vent. Husband likes a cold room, so we didnt bother with it. I threw an extra blanket on. Breakfast was fine. A little TLC could be done in the off season. Trim on doors neat touching up and some stained ceiling tiles in the hall way.

I stayed at this hotel for a family event. The room met my expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The customer service was exceptional. Planning on staying there again when I return to the area in the near future!

The employees were nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts was good and they had many choices to chose from. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Peace be with you all!

This hotel was ok. It’s old and it was pretty dirty. There were web everywhere in my room. Way to expensive

Great location! Close to shopping and restaurants, yet off the main road which we love!

Front desk person for check in was NOT friendly, but the person for check out was nice. Mattress was HARD, sheets were not soft at all. Had problems with the key cards. They did have nice toiletries in the bathroom.
