The main thing that sticks to my mind about this place is just how unfriendly people are. They don't smile. So it made us feel awkward. The beds are not comfortable at all. The mattresses are very sub par.

Stayed with the family for 1 night for a wedding. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and you can tell recently renovated. Comfortable beds and lovely big shower. Only downside we had a room on the 1st floor on the road but fine. Breakfast wonderful wasnt expecting hot dishes aswell as pastires etc. Excellent value for money would definately recommend.

I was in Puig for a wedding, so spent very little time in my hotel room. Check-in was fast and painless even though I opted not to do the online check-in as requested by the hotel. The room itself was spacious, unfussy, and had the usual mod cons. The aircon worked - very important when it was 35C outside. Loved the restaurant under the tent outside the hotel where the entire party congregated multiple times. My only gripe was that the door to the Juiliet balcony couldn't lock, and given it was a weekend, the hotel didn't manage to get it repaired while I was there. I had the shutter down throughout for security.

Very poor breakfast buffet and broken coffee maker. Bad communication with Valencia.

In general the stay was good, I arrived on average 23hrs and they helped me at the reception (very kindly) at RONDA I, since there is no reception during night-early hours at RONDA II. The buffet breakfast was good. The only bad thing is regarding the air conditioning, it was defective and made a very loud sound when the compressor was activated, I put it on fan and I was able to sleep as it was late I did not see the need to change it. Just in case my room was 304. In my opinion, the good points outweigh the bad.

Nothing bad to say about the room, very spacious with air conditioning and a small fridge. The bed was comfortable for me. An unbeatable value for money really. We will repeat the next getaway

The warmth and price are unbeatable, everything in good condition and renovated. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The friendly staff and the place a few minutes from Valencia city.
