"Very nice hotel. Super located. Directly in the old town and near historical buildings and attractions. A lot of shops and gastronomy nearby.
Rooms and equipment very nice.
I'll like to book again there."
"Hotel location is good, there are shops around, in an old town, the cartoon protagonist originated in this town, there are many western restaurants nearby, the hotel's breakfast dining area is limited, the front desk will ask for a morning meal."

"The hotel seemed to be booked. There were therefore no sufficient parking spaces but also not enough rooms for breakfast. Therefore, waiting times were created that were unnecessary. The staff was always friendly and tried to regulate the situation."

In addition, check in is online, the reservation number to be filled in is not easy to find, and Trip.com's order number is not the same thing, it took the boss to get the check-in procedure, the result of the mobile phone can not display the door password, check in for a long time, change the mobile phone to see the password."

Very Good
KKonstantin AlekseevGreat location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?!
During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!
AAnonymous UserA bit old hotel, but the problem is not very big, or a small suite, the key problem is that the bathroom has heating room is open but not, the most amazing is the bed, written is a big bed room, actually two single beds put together, the quilt is also according to the single bed is very small, It was not tightly covered at all, so I woke up in the middle of the night, forced to cover a bath towel, cover the quilt, and cover the small quilt of the next bed. In the end, I still had a cold and fever 😂😂 It was too difficult at such a special moment.
GGuest UserThe hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station. To the city centre it is about 10 minutes walk. The room was clean and the service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We can't say anything about breakfast because we have breakfast outside.
I would certainly recommend the hotel and choose it again.
GGuest UserThe stay itself was very nice.
However, the room was quite small, and the parking lot had to be paid separately for 20 euros.
Also, there is no bottle of water in the room, which is expected in such a good hotel.
Otherwise it was very clean and tidy
AAnonymous UserHygiene: Still OK.
Environment: The train station is next door and the ancient city is opposite. 150€ is a bit expensive.
Service: There are two computer front desks, one does not even answer the phone, and the other takes a long time. Long waiting time. There is no daily service.
Facilities: I want to give full marks, and I want to give 0 points for service. Let’s lower it by one point. Good facilities wasted.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The design of the hotel is outstanding, no doubt about it. It has a strong modern feel, endless glass on the opposite wall, floor heating in the bathroom, and small reminder labels everywhere, etc. The only drawback is that there is no minibar.
Hygiene: Very good, the overall feeling is very clean.
Environment: Although it is next to the train station, there are still relatively few dining and shopping options. And the consumption is expensive. A meal costs 30 to 40 euros.
Service: A far cry from the design intentions of the hotel! The advantages in design give the waiters superiority and create an indifferent sense of service. For example, when checking in, there was already a long queue of customers. One of the two front desks was waiting slowly, while the other person stopped and started talking on the phone, leaving the customers waiting.
GGuest UserWe were very pleasantly surprised, super friendly reception and treatment, our Navi had problems with finding the address. Thanks to the €9 ticket we have been able to design our stay in Erfurt with the public well.
Danke and Team
