This was a lovely hotel, which we had to ourselves virtually. It was Sun/Mon/Tues so after people had left for the weekend & Easter. The rooms were clean & modern, with a safe & fridge and thankfully aircon. The staff were lovely and friendly and made us feel super welcome. Nothing was too much bother. Our favourite was Chad Macray, a young lad who served all our meals and drinks. Very friendly and would chat about Costa Rica to us.

Just passing through, we stayed one night. Didn't know what to expect on arrival. But soon realized that this place is special and amazing. The grounds are so beautiful, the staff was so nice (thanks Julianna) and the food was incredible. The room was huge. We unfortunately got the non-updated room next to the pool that was noisy during the day but super quiet at night. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and would highly recommend Costa Pacifica. Thank you all.

The staff was helpful, friendly and kind! The rooms were clean, had A/C and very spacey. The restaurant’s breakfast was delicious but the waffles were uncooked :(

We stayed there on way from San Jose to Osa Peninsula and liked it so much that we booked there again on the way back. Grounds and pool were very nice. Dinner/Breakfast were great and staff were all very friendly

pros- This hotel was conveniently located, had very kind staff and on first look seemed to have all the amenities we were looking for.
Cons-
1- the wifi cut out frequently
2- the taps in the bathroom (sink and shower) never got hot or cold, they just stayed room temperature
3- the people who did our check in and check out didn't speak much English, but we got by with google translate. Not a huge deal but definitely different than other places we stayed in Costa Rica
And 4- The Roosters. Every night, starting around 230 AM the roosters would start to crow and continue until morning. The room must not have been insulated well as there was 0 blocking of sound, making it sound like you had a rooster in the room with you making it impossible to sleep.
Overall would not recommend.

It's a very clean and modern hotel. Very comfortable, they pool is lovely. A good gym. Very close to the beach.
