酒店符合4.5大眾給出的評分標準 中規中矩 房間乾淨整潔 但是存在的弊端也是很突出：
1.酒店停車場停車位不少但是間距不大 再加上酒店住宿的人很多 如果住酒店最好停下就別動了 否則倒車入庫更要小心點 車與車間距很窄
2.酒店空調應該是沒有隨着裝修更換 已經老舊 甚至空調裏全是臟土 真的是不敢開空調 入住的朋友儘量別選擇空調是臟的房間
3.如果想安穩睡個覺 就別選陽面 因為陽面挨着廣場 通過我的視頻你們能看到 早上五點來鍾 廣場就有摔辮子的 廣場做操聲音很洪亮 雖然房間窗户隔音效果明顯 但這畢竟不是家裡 再加上憔悴的空調 盛夏時分建議還是住陰面 切記 否則你想早上五點起床 不到八點 酒店樓下大喇叭廣播就開始播放新聞 聲音不小 真的難以入睡 衹能關閉窗户 悶熱+酒店的味道 也衹能這樣了
4.酒店允許在樓道里抽煙 帶小孩的家長要特別注意 因為樓道通風效果並不好 會有很濃的煙味🚬

環境很好，前台也很好，離這北燕很近，所有商業都在附近很方便，門口是廣場，晚上比較熱鬧，感覺住的挺舒服。衞生很好。

房間新裝修的，洗手池在房間內，淋浴和廁所分開，衞生不錯，就是淋浴間裏衹有一個小託架放浴液之類的，毛巾衣服沒地方放，衹能掛門把手上，洗完衣服毛巾都濺得半濕了。另外因為樓下就是個廣場，晚上是廣場舞 卡拉OK 小童遊藝車的噪音 ，早上不到六點打球踢毽健身的噪音，唉！
