This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Из плюсов - номер большой, недалеко от вокзала, красивая люстра, высокие потолки. Минусы - нет холодильника, нет сейфа, очень крохотная душевая кабина с разломанными дверцами. Смыв в туалете очень неудобный, помпового типа, требует многочисленных нажатий. Персонал по английски или не говорит, или говорит очень плохо. Ресепшен работает с 8.00 до 14.00. Мы приехали позже, пришлось звонить и по телефону договариваться о том, чтобы нам дали код для входа, поскольку код, указанный в бронировании совершенно не подходил. На ресепшен администратор требовал повторно оплатить номер (мы продлевали одну ночь с онлайн оплатой). Городской налог за этот номер сильно и неоправданно завышен . Завтрак очень скудный: кофе, хлопья и дешевые снеки.

The location is good near Florence Station, but the neighborhood is quiet, so there is a distance from the supermarket. The counter service is good and the breakfast in the restaurant upstairs is delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable, the top floor has a good view and you can overlook the Dome of the Baihua Cathedral. It is a good choice for accommodation in downtown Florence!

The surrounding is clean and tidy, not far from the tram station. It's a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The decor is excellent, with many details showcasing the hotel's aesthetic sense and thoughtful design. However, prices fluctuate frequently, so it's advisable to keep track of prices before booking. Breakfast is average, but the coffee is decent.

Old Qianfeng Hotel, the decoration style and facilities of the room are relatively old-fashioned, but the maintenance is not bad, do not like the old-fashioned style do not book. The room is large in size and much larger than the average European room. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel, but the desserts are very beautiful and delicious. It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

Very personalised hotel stay we had. The manager messaged before our stay to ask for arrival time and if we need any help in organising any tours. As we arrived way before check in time that was supposed to be at 2pm, the generous offer to let us check in at 1030am. Friendly staffs as well. We will sure stay at Hotel Executive whenever we are in Florence. Thank you.
