Very nice and clean hotel. We had a small issue with the noice in one morning. Someone turn on the music very loud on the terrace at 07:30, by mistake and our room was above the terrace, but I went to reception and the problem was solved. Otherwise everything was nice!

Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent.

Floor is quite sticky after a while, not sure why, should be the material of the floor this hotel is built on the renovation of other residential building, meaning the structure of the building and the rooms are very weird. overall not a very fantastic experience but still acceptable.

This is a traditional, symbolic Italian style premises. We were told that this hotel was newly refurnished in March 2022! The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy! We spent 4 nights in here and everything are up to standard. Breakfast inclusive of variety of choices with freshly brewed coffee. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

However, because the grandmother at the front desk was so kind and enthusiastic to tell us the location of the traffic spots in Florence, we didn't bother to mention the suite. After all, Ctrip didn't provide a picture and the price was cheap. First of all, this location is quite far away from the railway station, and you have to take a taxi. The taxi in Florence is very expensive and expensive. I took a taxi from the railway station for 16 euros. You can walk to various attractions, but it is quite far away and acceptable. If it is convenient, don't choose here. I struggled with this hotel for a long time. I was mainly confused by the pictures of this hotel. I thought it was a boutique hotel with a special niche in a paradise. I was also attracted by the Ferragamo travel outfits written in the booking review! It is indeed a newly renovated and exquisite boutique hotel, but there was no Ferragamo shower shampoo when I went, and I happened to encounter an elevator failure, the bathroom door could not be closed, and the breakfast environment was quite good, but the category was a bit small, every day I don't know what to eat in the morning. But the flaws are not covered up, it's still pretty. But next time I come to Florence, I will not choose here, the taxi fare is too expensive!

I stayed for two nights. I asked if I could leave my luggage before check-in time, and they kindly accepted. The exterior is tasteful, and the interior is nice and clean. They provide water every day. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the city center, so the location is good. There is a supermarket nearby, which was also nice. The staff were polite and kind. The value for money is also good, and I think it's perfect for sightseeing in Florence. I'd like to come again. It’s very good. The room is large and well decorated. The location is not very central. But Florence is so small. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to the major attractions. Compared with the rest, the five-star peer of 6,000 yuan is really bad.

Great service. We were unable to find parking in the surrounding area as they were all paid and for residents only, but the hotel provided us with a key to leave the car in their garage. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the center of Florence. The breakfast offered is the classic American and buffet breakfast with various eggs and cold cuts. Don't miss the fresh and hot pancakes and waffles. The booked room is a Superior with a double bed and free Wifi. Overall it is a great hotel to stay, I recommend it if you want to spend a few days in Florence.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.
