"Вообще на Мальте не возможно нормально поспать... уехала из St Julians (потому что там орала музыка) в Валету, но и тут не получилось: даже ночью стреляют пушки или салюты, аж трясутся стены.. но и это ещё не всё.. в этой гостинице дребезжит кондиционер..он хрустит, скрипит, пищит, издаёт разные звуки, на температуре 23, спать просто не возможно..
Гостиница неплохая, хорошее месторасположение, на первый взляд и номера, но состояние требует улучшений... например, стены возле кондиционера...или проржавелый чайник..или плоходержащееся сиденье на унитазе..или отсутствие минибара (холодильника...) Сделайте что-нибудь, пожалуйста..."

"It was another and certainly not the last visit to the Grand Hotel Excelsior. I like returning there because I know I will be served there at the highest level. The entire staff deserves the highest marks. He is available, polite and always ready to help. I also appreciate the location of the hotel. Its location ensures excellent communication with the rest of the island (a central bus stop nearby) and access to the charms of Valetta and Floriana. Even though the façade, the outdoor swimming pool area and the bathrooms show signs of the passage of time and the need to refresh, I believe this hotel is an excellent place for business and tourist travellers to Malta."

"The hotel is next to the old town and a two-minute walk to the old town. The hotel is opposite the bus departure station, making it convenient in transportation. The hotel pool is superb, the garden is awesome, and the room is clean and comfortable."

"It was simply perfect ! The hotel is beautiful, central with the terrace of your dreams ! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel who was lovely! The 3 reception staff was incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast team was perfect to start the day with and the restaurant waiters made the evenings very pleasant (to the Argentinian waiter, the recommended oil and sfogliata were wonderful - I couldn't wait the evening, and thank you for the jazz recommendation which I hope we can try next time!). And most importantly, thank you to the incredible room service team who made wonders everyday in a record time."

"I seldom post a review for the hotels I stayed but my experience with Merlior Boutique hotel had left such an indelible experience that I must leave a good review. This strategically located hotel is very convenient as it’s along the main shopping district of Republic street but it is not noisy at all in our room. Very good and delicious Starbucks breakfast is provided if you select to have it included. Toiletries are from Loccitane which is impressive. Room is extremely comfortable and it’s just at the right temperature even when it’s winter time. Had really a lovely time staying at this incredible boutique hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone considering it when you visit Valletta."

"The room is amazing, classic style which I like. The location is great, right in the old town. You can walk everywhere, and there are many restaurants nearby. Although the rooftop pool is small, it is also very good. I will still live here next time."

”I had been in this hotel a few days, the overall experience was very good.
All the staff was very friendly, ensured that we got a nice room, the room is big than average hotels and all new. The breakfast is tasty and prepared in the moment.
