Dawn, is the best!! She followed up on my many questions while I coordinated rooms for seven high school kids and two coaches. Not only did she provide great service but gave us a great rate on top of that. Our kids raised money and worked hard so I appreciate her making sure we had the best deal. I felt confident during the process and when we got the rooms they were clean, comfortable and quiet. I arrived to meet Dawn for the first time her smile and assurance made me feel like I was part of something special. Her assistant checked us in with a smile and light hearted humor as she recommended venues/restaurants and directions. The sleep was perfect as my bed was soft, pillows were perfect and space was abundant. I went for a walk to find all the outlet stores across the street, and many good restaurants. The difference was the staff, always cheerful, always made time to answer questions. Dawn leads by example, I can see and feel that she empowers her people to have confidence that taking care of the customer is the ultimate goal. Thank you Dawn and crew. You rock!!! J Villa

Departing from Los Angeles, I took the old man to Lake Tahoe, taking into account the trip, not too tired, staying here for one night. The hotel is all on the way, the environment is very good, the bed is large, you can stay for four people. There are restaurants in a few minutes. The most important thing is that it is only the costco across the road. The food, vegetables and fruits that are in the Lake Tahoe on the second day can be purchased. I don’t know how to make a big watermelon from LA. .

Lucky to have found vacancy during labor day weekend. Only gripe was during initial check in, we arrived by 1pm and was told none of the rooms were available yet. They told us to come back in an hour. We were beginning to worry whether or not we needed to cancel our online reservation. Thankfully after couple hours, rooms were ready. Right when we walked into our room, we could smell strong alcohol odor which means room was thoroughly disinfected. There were clean signs everywhere. Our double queen room had fridge and microwave, central AC and it cools the room very good despite being 108F outside today. Sheets were clean, bathroom clean. Room so far is quiet, can't tell when people return to their rooms during the night though. Edit: towards late night around 10pm, can hear guests coming back home/checking in. Can hear footsteps of large person above. Can also hear faint shower faucet noise. Noises went away by midnight. Simple breakfast items available in lobby 6am-10am
