Let's just say, the person who lives in this hotel must look at Fontainebleau. From this point of view, it is an excellent or even the only choice. The hotel is 20 meters from the entrance to the underground parking lot. It is very convenient to travel, and there are places to eat nearby. The location did not say. The only problem, the hotel is very old, the wallpaper reminds me of Shining

Advantages, very good location, very close to the Fontainebleau Palace, just a few minutes walk away, there is a free parking area across the street from the hotel, the room is a bit small, but it's okay for staying for a day Disadvantages, the hotel is next to the road, a bit noisy, and the soundproofing of the room is not good. The check-in time of the hotel is a bit harsh. We arrived at 7 o’clock in the evening, but when we arrived, there was no one in the lobby. The back was passed through. The phone at the door communicated, and I checked in. I knew I could self-service by phone. Checking in, in fact, there is no need to compulsory check-in at 4-7 pm, so we don’t have to rush.

The rooms are relatively small, but very new and clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although there is no kettle in the room, the hot water machine in the hotel restaurant can heat water at any time. The front desk staff of the hotel are young and very warm and friendly. A 3-minute walk from the Palace of Fontainebleau. We did not order breakfast. Breakfast was 9 Euros. We went to the additional bakery Paul to have breakfast. In fact, it's not expensive to eat in the hotel. Self-driving parking at the hotel is 10 Euros a day, and additional public parking is also available. We parked in the public parking lot. It’s free on Sunday, but when we left on the last day (Monday), I originally paid the fare, but the toll payment machine suddenly crashed. Then I started to find that the parking ticket didn’t have any charging information. The solution had to be handed in again. Irritating. I strongly suspected that it was bullying foreigners, and I had no problem choosing the French interface after leaving the field once. This time I owed my hand and I chose English, and this was the result. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby which makes very good beef noodles.

My wife and I stayed here for one night to visit the Fontainebleau Palace. We arrived and checked-in via the automated system with no problems at all. A very nice gentelman came out to check up on us and showed us where the parking garage was. We really appreciated the hotel's parking and it was easy for us to unpack our luggage and go right up to our room via the elevator. Our room was big, clean and most importantly in August; cool! The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the palace and this was great for our visit. We had breakfast in the morning, and found it good. The staff was very active and replenishing items for breakfast every few minutes. Highly recommended.

Renting a car in Paris for an hour and a half to Fontainebleau, the hotel is still a little away from the Fontainebleau Palace. Fortunately, you can park for free, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and there is a mini pool. The Fontainebleau Palace is really beautiful, and the Fontainebleau Forest and the Painter Village should not be missed.
Hotel de Londres

We stayed four nights at this charming old world hotel. Our second-floor room overlooked the Chateau de Fontainebleau, directly across the street. There were two large, comfortable beds and a large bathroom, and good AC. We enjoyed a really lovely breakfast buffet with meats, salmon, delicious cheeses, fruits and croissants in the dining room each morning. What made our stay especially pleasurable was the most gracious host Bruno Columbier, who was very generous and knowledgeable with advice (in English) about restaurants and other suggestions for sightseeing. Highly recommended.
