The room was newly renovated and clean. Exterior of the property including the pools need a lot of work. Very old and not maintained.

While the location, layout, facilities and cleanliness were top notch, I arrived after dark to no one in the office. After 2 phone calls, someone came over from the main office. Would have been nice to have this info in the welcome email.

It was perfect for waiting to get on a cruise , the li action was perfect for area, close to beach.

Love the Florida east-coast motel style. Thank you, it was a short 1 night stay but really appreciate.

Do NOT recommend! VERY HARD to get in contact with someone. You have a main office that NEVER has a single person in it, so you have to push a video doorbell button that then promises someone is coming. But don’t take that as a promise because sometimes they will & sometimes they just won't. They also do not have a direct phone call line. They have a service line that deals with multiple locations. We had several issues at this hotel. The first room was full of cockroaches, I literally found the first one crawling up to me when I was laying in bed reading a book. Then I found another when I went to use the restroom so I called the office. They said “someone will be out.” After 45 minutes I again call the service number and they assure me again someone would be out, mind you it is now almost midnight. Someone showed up 20 minutes after that asking for “proof” which luckily I recorded these bugs because how rude is that! I didn’t save them to show someone!!!! BUT I did have videos LUCKILY! Then they offered us a new room so then we had to wake up our kids and move rooms in the middle of the night. The next room was a bit cleaner, no signs of bugs but we all woke up SWEATING. So I called the service number as we were leaving because we couldn’t breathe in our room. After 3 phone calls (which I have screen shots of all of this,) and 6 hours later, we were allowed to return to our room. We were offered absolutely nothing for these issues! The manager is still yet to call me back!

Room was a little worn, and dated, but nice enough, walk to the beach, easy free parking, friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Very welcoming, the man(some type of supervisor) who checked me in, even went out of his way and showed us exactly where our room was and asked if it looked okay. Our room was tidied up every day by staff and they did a great job of keeping it clean, new towels, etc. Very close to beach and restaurants. Felt very safe, parking was close by. Property is upkeep nicely. Highly recommend. It was a nice escape from the cold Utah winters and we will definitely go back again.

Everybody was nice , they always clean our room. They response right away if you need something

Can walk to beach and restaurant. Had kitchenette fully supplied with pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.
