I think the service is ok and the room is clean & comfortable, with good locations.
It's surprise even no small refrigerator in the room and the water kettle is not clean and scared using it.
The breakfast is no good, it's fine not provided, but better to have good coffee & tea provided in cafe.
No staff is familiar with the hotel promotion. We have booked 10 rooms in total on Dec. 29 & Dec. 30, 2023. We have checked that there is special price for 10 rooms with $2000 coupons, seems no one is familiar on it and also the massage $158 seems no one knowing it too. We may come back again since the location is better than Aloft & Hilton even we are the memebers with free room upgrade & breakfast.

The hotel room looked tidy, but the room service lady didn’t use germ killer sprays etc. I got skin allergy after my stay there for a night.

住了這麼多次酒店，第一次忍不住寫差評。
明明都三四百一晚的酒店了，服務還不如普通的維也納酒店，體驗很差。
1.酒店贈飲的礦泉水是我住了這麼多家酒店裡麪最小的，幾口就可以喝完。
2.酒店和寫字樓相連，導致早上坐電梯簡直就是折磨，沒有分客房和寫字樓的電梯，直接硬等。
3.酒店設備較老，我住的房間床頭連燈的總控都沒有，燈必須一個一個的關。
4.我最無語的是早餐，如果沒有什麼特別優惠的話，58一位，本以為還行的，結果吃的炒河粉居然有頭髮，我真的不敢相信，比我今天早上8點40左右早吃早餐的顧客有福了，和工作人員説了，她就一句對不起，不好意思，直接把我餐碟給拿走了，結果什麼都沒有了，這對應也太好了，後面和前台説了這件事情也一點對應補償方案都沒有，還是挺厲害的👍🏻
真的是最差勁的一次酒店經歷，沒有下一次，謝謝

房間新，乾淨，寬敞，非常安靜，陪大女兒出來考研，超好超合適的選擇。配有大辦公枱及小桌子，大的用大辦公枱，小女兒也可以用小桌子做作業。兩不擔誤。前台的服務非常棒，小孩子送專門的小牙刷。服務很友善及周到，以後會記住這個品牌，太好了。

住宿體驗也太好了吧！誠摯推薦給所有在外奔波的商務人士和結伴出行的驢友們！
酒店旁邊就是萬達廣場，購物非常方便。距離三水北站打車十來分鐘，交通很便利。酒店對面有麪包店和瑞X庫D，萬達廣場還有KFC，就餐選擇多種多樣。
酒店房間環境很好，有衣櫃可以晾衣服，還有書桌方便辦公，浴室乾濕分離，提供吹風筒。如果要吐槽有什麼不好，就是房間的燈要走進最裡麪開，有點不習慣。
酒店也提供了很多便利設施，有4個洗衣機和2台烘乾機（雖然發現有一台烘乾機的門壞了），一樓大堂有書吧和書桌。還配了健身房，方便出門在外的朋友堅持鍛鍊。自助早餐在3樓，提供蒸包炒麪、西式麪包、各種小炒、牛奶果汁咖啡等等，從河粉到現場煮麪都能吃到，每天的菜品很豐盛，並且都會輪換。
酒店員工都很友好。晚上有保安叔叔值班巡樓，安全很有保障。感謝一下第一天入住幫忙辦理手續的前台姐姐和離店幫忙開票和打水單的姐姐，雖然沒有記下名字，但是友好而周到的服務，讓人忍不住下次再來了~

第一次來佛山三水朋友推薦的酒店，真的很不錯的一次入住體驗。首先前台服務熱情，辦理也很快，和我介紹了這邊好吃的，好玩的。客房乾淨，窗户是我喜歡的類型有飄窗。房間隔音效果很好，淋浴噴頭真的是一打開就熱水。餐廳服務員很熱情，早餐品種很多，有我喜歡的蔬菜沙拉。旁邊就是萬達很方便。真的是鬧中取靜。
