In Shunde, I found another kind of warmth in travel. Originally, the Pullman was just a three-day stopover on my itinerary. I never expected to stay for six days, and it ended up being the warmest memory of this trip. What touched me was the perfect understanding. The day before check-in, I casually mentioned needing a quiet space to work, and the front desk quietly arranged everything. Upon opening the door, I was greeted by the freshness of a non-smoking floor and a peaceful tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. For six days, whether I was handling work or enjoying leisure, it was exceptionally comfortable. Even more remarkable was that every staff member here would greet me naturally with a smile in their eyes, much like the daily care you'd receive from family. This warmth never ceased for six days, making me feel a sense of 'being home' in a foreign land. The seamless connection between the hotel and Shunde Fishing Village was an even bigger surprise—I walked directly from the lobby into the restaurant, where I treated friends to authentic Shunde cuisine. We all had a wonderful time. Six days flew by, but I will remember this kindness. Next time I visit Foshan, the Pullman will still be my choice.
