Design hotel done by famous Artist! Near main station. But whole street a bit scary. Take care and out during at night! 👍

Avoid this hotel at all costs! This place is a complete disaster. Terrible location in a sketchy area with drunk and ******* ****** everywhere, and even *********** right outside. The rooms are dirty. I found hair in the bed and in the shower, and it was impossible to get any proper sleep. The receptionist tried to help and moved me to a quieter room, but when I woke up the next morning there was a cockroach! Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It is not a 4 stars hotel!

We had great experiences. The room is nice and elevator have space for many luggages, not like many other hotels which has tinny elevator.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The area is extremely unsafe, surrounded by crackhouses and drug users — I feared for my safety just walking to the entrance. The room was advertised as non-smoking, but it reeked of cigarettes. The floor was dirty, broken, damp, and likely full of mold. Absolutely no hygiene. But the worst part? The photos online are a fraud. What you see in the pictures is NOT what you get. It’s false advertising and a total scam. This place is a health and safety hazard, and it should be removed from all booking platforms. Avoid it at all costs.

I enjoyed my stay. The services was very alright. I will recommend and surely stay again whenever I visit Frankfurt.

Not good location for families. Hotel staff is helpful but unfortunately Room is to dark No air conditioning..work no.fan

I stayed for one night. The hotel was very clean and had a great location. Most of all, Mohamed at the front desk was kind and wonderful.

It was amazing accommodation and the staff was helpful and easy access to shops,public transportation

The hotel's location right next to the central station was the primary reason for my choice. Overall, the hotel is quite worn: the mattresses are saggy, the bed's headboard is scuffed, and the bathroom fixtures are chipped. I would rate this hotel three stars.
