I felt very comfortable during my long weekend! The hotel is in a fantastic location, the service staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and newly furnished. The cozy bar invites you to linger and the food tastes delicious. I was also impressed by the wellness area and the additional sauna village. Since no wishes remain unsatisfied! I will gladly come again.

The very friendly team, the chic house, the peace and quiet in the log cabin saunas in the forest and the excellent menu food made for pure wellness relaxation. The bar with Chesterfield chairs is very successful. We'd love to come back!!! The hiking trails directly at the hotel are great, for example to the Hennenkobel. The three rustic log cabin saunas are fine, but could be a little more different (e.g. with herbs, with a wood stove). Also desirable: forest saunas should be signposted/labeled, more hooks/storage options/glass racks, open-air showers and cooling ice makers.

One of the worst hotels I have vacationed in in the last 30 years. Dirty rooms, bad service and a pool sauna area that closes at 8pm (!). Better find something else. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 days to relax in a junior suite in the main building. A very nice room with a very large bathroom and balcony. Very clean. Unfortunately, the great view of the valley is saddened by the noise and the stench from below, because the outdoor dining area and the entrance are directly below the window and balcony. Very loud! It is absolutely not a hotel for non-smokers!!! There is puffing and stinking everywhere. In the summer the smoke even rises to the 2nd floor where our room was. Airing was out of the question. A no-go in summer. The breakfast was okay, but could be improved. Big drawback no refrigeration of sausage and cheese. The buffet dinner was good. Again, the dessert and the salad were not chilled. Some desserts separated in the heat and were inedible. I thought that was a health department requirement. The relaxation was there, because the spa and sauna area was spotless and very clean. Would love to rest there again, but only take a room at the back, even if the view of the mountain is dark and oppressive. But pure air. Or we pay a little more and go to the villa.

Zimmer waren ok , waren wenig sauber , da die Putzfrau selten gekommen ist. Bei uns ist das Klopapier ausgegangen , es wurde einfach nicht aufgefüllt. Das Essen war wortwörtlich zum Kotzen am 1.Tag war das Essen roh am 2.Tag wurde es erst 2 Stunden später gebracht und völlig versalzen und am 3. Tag war das Essen voller Sehnen . Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte keine große nicht-Fleisch Auswahl . Also absolut nicht wünschenswert.

Wellnessbereich ausreichend groß, so dass man immer einen Platz zum liegen gefunden hat. Das Highlight finde ich die Saunen im Wald, das ist mal total was anderes und die Aufgüsse von Andy super! Kann man empfehlen. Zimmer war ok und sauber, Abendessen würde ich das nächste Mal nicht zubuchen. Frühstück ok, aber das Buffet wurde leider nicht ausreichend aufgefüllt, Nachfrage beim Personal war schwierig beim Frühstück. Dafür war an der Bar abends der neue Barkeeper super und konnte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllen!

Gleich beim Einchecken wurde erwähnt, dass nur jeden 2. Tag Zimmerservice stattfindet. Für Bettenmachen und Badreinigung fahre ich doch in den Urlaub. Leider klappte auch das erst am Spätnachmittag des 2. Tages, am 4. Tag gar nicht. Die Gestaltung der Speisekarte, aus der beim Frühstück gewählt werden sollte, war ein Witz, leider aber gar nicht lustig. "Schweinebauch, Apfel Karotte" so klang ein Hauptgericht. Suppe schmeckte wie Brühe aus der Tüte. Beilagen waren stets püriert, als wäre man im Seniorenheim, nicht ersichtlich, was es eigentlich war. Die Brötchen waren reichlich vorhanden (9 Körbe voll auf dem Büffet) leider knusprig wie Sägespäne. Kein Knäckebrot, Vollkornbrot usw, Mischbrot musste man selbst absäbeln. Kaffee aus dem Automaten abholen ist nicht unbedingt 4 Sterne würdig. 6 Liegen für ca 120 Gäste im Spa-Bereich macht bei Regenwetter gute Laune. Keinerlei Veranstaltungstipps (Faschingswoche), keine Zeitung in der Lounge, keine Pflegeprodukte im Bad, Seifenspender funktionierte nur bei großer Kraftanstrengung.
