"Because it is unmanned, it is difficult to evaluate the service, but I think the operator's response was good.
The location is an ordinary residential area, but there were ions, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
It was a fashionable detached type and cleaning was well done, and I was able to spend it comfortably, but it was better if there was a bath chasing function.
It was possible to stay for 6 people, but it was just a good feeling to stay with 4 people.

"Zu dem Hotel Crown Hills Fujinomiya:
I had a non-smoking room with shower.
The bed was pleasantly soft as in many city hotels , which had a thick and a thin ceiling.
The measurements were standard 140x180cm.
There was a desk with TV and a small refrigerator in the room.
To the bathroom.
This was a little small (as Asians are mostly smaller), so I am 185cm and I could stand just like that and had 5cm room to the roof, but it did not further disturb.
In the bathroom, a shower was small but fulfilled its purpose as I said. (Image in the annex)
I had breakfast with it, but I didn't use it because I was a sleeper.
The breakfast is from 6-9 hour.
The hotel also has a free spa area I did not use, unfortunately, because I was only 2 nights ahead.
The staff was very premature and helped directly in problems.
What I very much liked was that only 3 min walk to public transport and Seven Eleven each.
I liked the stay very well and would come in the night.

"It’s very close everything in centre of Fujinomiya. There is the parking lot service. On Wednesday there’s a local market nearby. Love bed, good breakfast and staff very helpful. A little bit thin wall you can hear the voice. The room size, it’s for 2 person. Nearby the public transport. There’s a beautiful view of fuji. Enjoy our stay! Thank you for all staff."
"There is a natural hot spring but it is very small. There is Daiso and conveyor belt sushi opposite the hotel. Breakfast is divided into time periods. Due to the small space, the food variety is limited, but it is tasty and overall good."
"Decent hotel that is most advantageous for it's location - it is immediately next to the train station and bus station, providing great convenience for any trip in the area. It is near to many restaurants, cafes, a mall, and the Fuji World Heritage Center which is a very well thought-out museum.
A few problems concern cleanliness and it's amenities. We found a few bugs across the hotel and the bathroom sometimes produced an odor (not of our own making, mind you). The amenities are mostly in good working order but are are limited in some annoying ways. Food quality and variety in the breakfast could be a little better - no coffee is available even though there is a coffee machine for instance. Laundry machines are only available when the baths are open for a few hours in the morning and evening.
One other issue concerns the notion that although the hotel has stated on signs that they would be unable to access our room without the key, they were able to do so anyway when we requested to change the bedding with the bug in it. This left us a little perplexed.
Otherwise, other aspects of the hotel were up to snuff. Friendly staff. Efficient service. Willing to store luggage. The welcome drink (pour your own alcoholic drink) was a nice touch."
"It was an old-fashioned hotel. Although the facilities were generally old, it was clean and comfortable.
There was Wi-Fi, but the connection speed was such that I could send SNS messages but not watch videos.
I could see Mt. Fuji clearly from the hotel room, as in the photo.
The staff were nice.
As for amenities, toothbrushes were available for pick-up, and yukatas were also available for rental.
I left the next day at 3am to climb Mt. Fuji, but since it was outside the check-out time, I put my key in the locker at the front desk and checked out. Also, the front desk is only open until 1am, so I left my luggage the previous day before going to bed and picked it up after I finished climbing."

Great
GGuest UserSuch a nice place to stay! Location is ideal, only a short walk to the station, nice area of the town and the views of Fuji are incredible. Accommodation itself is amazing, so clean and well kept, toiletries included even with facial cleanser and moisturiser. The only down side (more annoyance) is as a women staying in the mixed dorm I didn’t have access to the women only area where the women’s only lounge is as well as the fridge and laundry, reception would always be happy to let me in but I didn’t want to constantly be asking and there wasn’t always someone there so I would recommend choosing women only or male only rooms instead of mixed. Other than that it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

MMINIn an old Japanese couple’s homestay, the communal toilets and bathrooms were cleaned by the elderly themselves. It is estimated that they are insufficiently capable and are not considered clean in Japan. It is the peak season for climbing. The accommodations were all people who climbed Mount Fuji. We booked four rooms on Ctrip. As a result, four of us were squeezed into one room. The only thing I talked about was that Ctrip gave some compensation, and the landlord’s wife drove us to Tianguan Lake the next day.
