"This is my first stay. It is very close to Fukuroi Station. It is very convenient to walk about 50 meters from the station. The room is also very clean and hygienic. There are also newly opened Starbucks, Muji and drug stores nearby."

"ホテルは駅からすぐの場所にあり、立地が良いです。
コンビニは少し離れていますが、大きめのローソンがあって便利です。
ホテルのフロントスタッフはみなさん温かみがあり、気持ちの良い接客でした。
エコパでコンサートが開催される時に泊まる人が多いのだと思いますが、遅くなりそうと伝えるとバッグを部屋まで運んでおいてくれました。
部屋は少し古いですが、ベッドや水回りは清潔に保たれています。
深夜1時近くまで頻繁にドアの開け閉めの音がうるさくて、隣の人かと思っていたのですが、朝見たらリネン室等のスタッフが利用する部屋が近かったのでそちらの開け閉めの音だったかもしれません。
もう少し静かに寝られる環境だと良かったです。
1Fのコーヒー無料サービスがありがたかったです。"

"浜松の旅行目的で宿泊をしました。
シングルルームを2部屋で予約しました。
部屋はバストイレが一緒で広さはひとりで泊まるのに充分なものでした。アメニティはボディシャンプー、リンスインシャンプー、簡易歯ブラシ、大タオル、ハンドタオル、浴衣、ドライヤーがついているのでほぼ手ぶらでOKですね。ただボディシャンプー、リンスインシャンプーは好みがあるので自分は持ち込みのものを使っています。
朝食付きで翌日に頂きましたが、満足度は充分です。大浴場がやっていなかったのが残念ですが、全体的に満足度が大きいです。オススメですね。機会があればまた使いたいと思います。
寝る時に設備のモーター音が気になったですが、寝付きの良い方は気にならなかったようです。"
