設施：多層酒店，設施齊全，大堂經理熱心的幫忙免費升級房間。
衞生：乾淨整潔，無煙樓層，窗明幾凈。
環境：坐落於金沙湖畔，夏季入住讓人煩躁的內心沉靜。
服務：因為有沒趕上早餐，酒店人員熱心的幫忙打包送至房間，肉蛋奶，蔬菜水果點心，讓出門在外的旅客感受到了家一般温馨的感覺。
環境有點像上海的中信泰富朱家角酒店，下次回阜寧還會選擇入住。

鹽城大大小小的旅遊景點基本都去住過酒店了，但是讓我來寫點評的衹有這一家，因為體驗感不要太差！！首先我2點多到的酒店，卻被前台告知要等到3點才會有空房間，因為都沒打掃。但是退房時間也不會給我們推遲，這就很無語了，但不是重點。酒店花了600多一間，温泉不包含哦，温泉另付98一人，就不談温泉完全不值得這個價格了！！重點我最不能忍的是，進了房間走廊一股難聞的味道，房間裏也是！！特別難聞！！夜裡睡覺被子很潮濕的感覺，有小蟲子弄了身上癢死了，我和我媽幾乎都一夜未眠！！！因為那個床和被子太臟 身上被蟎蟲和飛蟲弄了癢一夜！！特別邋遢 潮濕 臭。價格上來了，衞生敢不敢重視點？鹽城沒有一家旅遊景點的酒店讓我住了有這種體驗。再也不會去第二次！也希望大家謹慎購買哦 其他的都無所謂，但是衞生差成這樣我很不能忍！！

作為一家檔次還算不錯品牌酒店，真的槽點太多，入住體驗非常差，我們一行人開了大概七八間房，大家退房後一致的結論就是：再也不想來了。
首先最大的槽點就是房間的免費飲料果粒橙過期了，我們幾家人的小孩又特別多，小孩看到果汁肯定想喝，大人有沒有注意，或者説根本想不到果汁是過期的，入住了兩天，也不知道小孩子喝了幾瓶過期的果粒橙，其中一個朋友家孩子退房那天晚上就腹痛，嘔吐，然後衹能上醫院了，退房時把過期飲料拿給前台，前台一句抱歉的話沒有，就冷淡地説要不給你拿兩個紀念品（兩個類似中國結的東西，其中一個繩子還是壞的），對於這樣的服務態度真的讓人很震驚；
其次就是我們房間洗漱台上的插座沒有一個有電的，插上電吹風沒用，我以為電吹風壞了，打去問，電話裏的服務人員也很冷淡地説：你試試房間裏的插座。 我試了，有用。 服務人員也是一句抱歉的話沒有，非常理所應當地説：洗漱台插座沒電。就好像沒電是應該的一樣。
128的所謂“海鮮自助”，冷凍鐵板魷魚是唯一的海鮮，毫不誇張。
在房間打電話要瓶純凈水，得到的回覆是：每天衹提供兩瓶免費的水。
格局之小，服務態度之惡劣，冷漠，真的前所未有，都不及經濟連鎖酒店！

第一次來貴酒店！整體裝修很好，前台小姐姐熱情的接待了，由於房間有點問題，前台王川很熱情的幫我換了更好的湖景房！全程服務，送了水果！服務可以説面面俱到了！非常的細心，很不錯的一次體驗，下次回來還選貴酒店！

酒店環境很好，服務也做的很好，早餐也挺豐富，貼心的是房間杯子搜都消毒加熱了，還每間送了水果，對得起這價格，不足的是酒店的枕頭沒那麼舒服，被套跟被子是分離的，睡了攪在一起。
